Excellent service. We arrived early so they could store our bags, but since there were rooms available, they gave us our room before check-in. Very friendly.

A comfortable, welcoming hotel; very helpful staff on reception; good beautifully presented breakfast in an uncrowded bright room; good-sized bedroom, with comfortable furniture; immaculately clean; quiet and restful; close to train station, bus station and tram stop with frequent services; minutes from city centre. You couldn't ask for more!

We booked the hotel for a long weekend. Our comfort room was new, spacious, and had a balcony. The room was cozy, brightly furnished, and clean. The breakfast was extensive, fresh, and delicious. The service was attentive. We felt comfortable. A public transport stop is nearby.

You have to know Rostock and some other accommodations to truly appreciate this hotel. The location is perfect for all your activities. The service, staff, and breakfast are unbeatable, no frills. I would happily return.

We visited family in the southern part of Rostock. The hotel is ideally located, right next to the town hall. Large, very clean rooms and bathrooms. Great breakfast. Family atmosphere. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Always happy to come back. We are booking again this year in December. It is only a few meters from the hotel to the town hall. The hotel is clean and the staff are nice and friendly. The new elevator makes it very easy to get to the rooms and therefore offers a pleasant stay even for older people.
