Girl who worked evening shift was really rude!! No extra pillows , if you want tap water , you need pay 4,95euro for half liter

The rooms are clean and well tended to. The terrasse was not however and the bench had not been cleaned in ages. The Frontdesk personnel was adequate but nothing more. The complementary coffee was not free in the end. This is not what I expected from a radisson group hotel.

The hotel was very new and clean. The people at the front desk were very friendly but it seemed to take a long time to check in. There was no restaurant for dinner but many restaurants across the street. Breakfast was good with a variety of items and 2 coffee makers. Room was small but beds were good and we only stayed one night. I would stay again

The hotel is located opposite the city harbor. The city center is about a 15-minute walk away, or you can take public transport thanks to the Rostock Guest Card. Rooms are modern and furnished. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is decent. Parking costs €15 per day, however.

Super cool, well thought-out concept, everything was very harmonious, reception was super friendly, rooms were very clean and functionally furnished. Central location, but the rooms are still very quiet and you can't hear the street. I was really happy that I had coffee to go every day as a goodie :)

Very nice reception at check-in. Sufficient parking in the back yard for an additional fee. Room was tidy. A few stains on the bed linen that the washing machine probably didn't manage to remove, but otherwise the room was clean. Perfect for one night and the location is good too.

Wir hatten einmal das kleinste/günstige Zimmer. Und als zweites das Zimmer mit Balkon. Alles beide war gut gewesen. Preis/Leistung stimmt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
