Decent stay
Great room with basic cooking facilities in a great location with sipermarkets and olaces to eat.
The only issue was the wifi didnt work meaning i had to use my data.

I felt like I was scammed, no internet ( falsely advertised) , no control over climate condition in room, blasting heat from pipes going through room when it’s too hot outside already!!!! No help at all from staff only excuses that are unreasonable to have in a guesthouse. We were advised to leave the hotel next day by ******* for you to resolve the reimbursement which never took place 😡

clean, helpful staff , efficient check-in. Supplied map from computer with directions to ferry. However we still missed our turn off and needed to wait for the next ferry.

Das Problem ging schon mit der Webseite los dass die angegebenen urlaubszeiten nicht übertragen worden sind und ich versehentlich eine falsche urlaubswoche eingegeben habe danach habe ich ein Unkenntnis bezahlt und nachdem ich festgestellt habe dass ich hier einen Fehler gemacht habe oder einen Fehler gemacht wurde habe ich angefragt den von mir gewünschten urlaubszeitraum zu ändern auf einen neuen urlaubszeitraum leider wurde eben nicht stattgegeben das heißt das Geld ist weg was ich nicht mal wieder haben wollte sondern es sollte nur eine Umbuchung erfolgen sehr traurig

Ist ein Hotel wo die meisten Gäste Arbeiter sind für Baustellen und erst Unterkünfte für
Migranten und Asylanten sind mehr muss nicht schreiben.Hatte 1 Zimmer mit kleine Kochzeile Pfanne war von unten bestimmt nie
sauber gemacht worden kleine Kaffemaschine die mal ausgetauscht werden sollte alles nicht mehr OK.liegt an den Gästen
die nicht wissen das man sauberhält.Das Bad ist sauber aber sollte neu gemacht die Duschkabine ist zu hoch damit eine Unfallgefahr.Frühstücksraum müsste größer sein .Ist halt ein Plattenbau aus den 70 Jahre
. Für einen kurz Trip OK .
