It was so so. Check in person was rude (if you were surprised by additional / unexpected charges, you will likely be 'educated' and looked as it you need some more education - at least I had that lesson). There was NO house keeping until 3rd day of stay...Bathroom smelt like public toilet - URINE smell. Towels were kinna thin.. No slippers / tooth brushes / toothpastes. You get charged $150 for your pet which gets zero 'service'. That's alot considering the per night room charges. Comp breakfast finishes at 9am but wasn't that bad - i love their coffee. There are many other 'much better' hotels that charge $0 for pets to stay, AND the pets will get a bed / water bowl / PP pads / Poop bags and some will give your pet a TOY too! Daily room service, slippers / toothbrushes, nice thick towels, in-room' dining, great service / smiles / manners for maybe 200 / night more but well worth that. I felt I get nickle and dimed at this hotel... that pet fee is very bad. Again the toilet feels filthy w/ the strong smell of urine. Will look elsewhere to stay next time.
