Very complete hotel. People are all kind and friendly. They are effective responding to customer needs and keep a smiling mood. The room are comfortable and clean in all parts. Even the balcony are taken well conserved and clean. The free swimming pool is really a plus, like the ping pong areas. The music attraction on the late evening are always well prepared and generate a very positive and familiar atmosfere. Good breakfast with variety and abundance of food and drinks. Prices absolutely below the average.

Este es el segundo año que vamos, y repetiremos el próximo. A destacar todo el personal, agradable y cariñoso, la limpieza general... El hotel está muy bien situado, muy cerca de la playa; con una relación calidad/precio excelente, en mi opinión es totalmente recomendable

La habitación ha quedado un poco anticuada. La habitación tenía aire acondicionado pero carecia de nevera. El desayuno y la cena muy buenos. Mucha variedad de comida y buena calidad. La piscina espaciosa, con muchas sombrillas y hamacas. Lo mejor de todo el sevicio, todos muy amables y dispuestos. El bar de la terrazaza también genal. Se encuentra muy cerca de la playa y estás en el centro de Roses paseando en menos de 20 minutos. No hay problema de aparcamiento en los alrededores del hotel. Un acierto.

La estancia ha sido muy agradable, el hotel está a 5 minutos de la playa, el centro un poco más alejado pero por un buen paseo en el que vas encontrando muchos bares y restaurantes. El personal es amable, el desayuno bueno y variado, la limpieza también está bien, llevamos bici y tenían un cuarto con llave. La verdad es que nos ha gustado el hotel

Nautilus Ambiance familiale, personnel très sympathique et aux petits soins. Les chambres sont propres, les lits confortables même si la salle de bain est un peu vieillotte, ce n'est pas du tout gênant. Les buffets sont généreux les plats sont diversifiés et excellents. Les produits servis sont frais et le service est au top. Le personnel est toujours présent et très professionnel. Excellente expérience, et nous y reviendrons.

Hôtel sympa bien placé. Ensemble de établissement dégage une sensation de propreté. Chambre spacieuse et très agréable avec un grand lit.salle de bain correct mais qui manque d'éclairage. Le rapport qualité prix est tout à fait correct. On arrive facilement à se garer. Il a été malheureusement dommage que a notre arrivée la personne qui nous a accueilli s'est montré plutôt distante ,pas un mot sympa,je crois qu'elle ne nous a même pas regardé. Navrant. Accueil est important.

La verdad que ha sido una experiencia malísima. En 1 día 2 cambios de habitación por ruidos tan exagerados como para no poder dormir. Muchísimos bichos en la 1era terraza y en la 2da terraza un calor insoportable y suciedad para hartarte. El olor de las 3 habitaciones por las que pasamos cada uno peor que el otro. Al final acabamos en una habitación de dos camas individuales (cuando habíamos pagado por una cama doble) y un plato de ducha con una cortina tan mal instalada q casi no tenías espacio para ducharte. A todo esto nos dicen que hemos tenido mala suerte y nos perdonan 5€ de las 2 botellas de agua q teníamos pendientes por pagar. Toda esta gran experiencia de relax, desconexión y tranquilidad por el módico precio de 140€/noche. Sin duda no volveremos ni lo recomendamos.

Si vous préférez les hôtels usines à touristes, le Nautilus n est pas fait pour vous.. Un hôtel familial où nous nous sommes sentis bien dès la porte franchie. Notre chambre du premier étage d une taille raisonnable et fonctionnelle était équipée d une climatisation et d une salle de bains indépendante. Nous étions hébergés avec le petit déjeuner, mais nous avons pu déjeuner et même dîner sans réservation. Les buffets étaient copieux, frais et très variés. Une belle piscine, un grand bar avec terrasse. Un court de paddle, un terrain de pétanque, un petit bar avec terrasse près de la piscine. Un parking payant derrière l hôtel avec une partie gratuite à côté, sinon des places dans la rue même en plein mois d aout. À 5 minutes à pied d une belle plage. Un personnel présent et souriant. Que dire de plus : une très belle destination que l on veuille se reposer ou profiter des animations. Bref, nous retournerons dans cet hôtel dès que possible..

Très bon hôtel familial. Un accueil hyper chaleureux toute l equipe au top hyper communicatif une restauration geniale,piscine chambre rien à dire très sympa leur bar au top super hôtel on recommande..... Nous reviendrons l année prochaine
