Nous avons passez une semaine dans cette appartement qui est spacieux c’est agréable ! C’est un immeuble de 4 location ! Des petites attention ( savon avec logo, dessous de table avec logo …) Nous on était au raie de chaussé. L’appartement est mal insonorisé et on entend les pas en permanence. Belle petite terrasse qui est sombre comme l’appartement …. Canapés et lit agréable ! La localisation est idéal à meme pas 5 minutes du centre sa c’est super ! On a pas eu d’eau chaude pendant une journée mais bon sa va qui faisais beau ! Gros point négatif si vous êtes véhiculé le stationnement est à la limite du impossible ce garer à 10 minutes . Le frigo a du mal à ouvrir ! 200 euro de cotion … 16 euro de charge ?? Je trouve que la location est quand même chère pour tout c’est inconvénient malgré les côté positif!
