Optimal location. Beach, downtown, everything within walking distance.

Very disappointed with the apartment, very noisy, dirty, no air conditioning, poorly equipped. WIFI was not working. Bad reception at the agency when handing over the keys.

A bit of modernity would be nice. Lots of noise coming from the hotel opposite (kitchen).
