Location is great but make sure to ask if there is still construction outside, because we didn’t know and it was VERY LOUD.
there is NO AC and hot in the room, sleeping with window open was an issue when construction starts early morning.
the blowdryer didn’t work, staff didn’t have replacement but went out to buy some as a solution; we could get one against a 20e deposit.
overall good stay but if i had known about amenities and noise i would have booked Park Hotel next door.

Sauberkeit war nicht wirklich zufriedenstellend. Die Handtücher haben so stark gefesselt, dass wir uns mehrfach umziehen mussten. Keine eigenen Parkplätze und das Personal weiß nicht wirklich über die umliegenden Parkmöglichkeiten bescheid. Frühstück war super.

Die zentrale Lage ist ideal für einen Besuch in Rosenheim, mit Nähe zum Zentrum als auch zum Bahnhof. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Da es sehr heiss war, hätte ich mich im Zimmer über eine Klimaanlage gefreut, als auch über einen Kühlschrank.
Wenn ich das nächste Mal Rosenheim besuche werde ich das Hotel wieder wählen.
