Location is great but make sure to ask if there is still construction outside, because we didn’t know and it was VERY LOUD.
there is NO AC and hot in the room, sleeping with window open was an issue when construction starts early morning.
the blowdryer didn’t work, staff didn’t have replacement but went out to buy some as a solution; we could get one against a 20e deposit.
overall good stay but if i had known about amenities and noise i would have booked Park Hotel next door.

First the positive... Very good location, but unfortunately currently surrounded by a construction site. This was quiet at the weekend. Now comes the negative... - There is no air conditioning, so it is unbearable in the rooms even at 24 degrees - At night there is a ventilation noise that is so loud that you can't sleep - at half past six some dogs are barking outside the door - The rooms are very thin and you can hear the neighbors below you talking at 2 a.m. - Loud guests who think they are alone in the hotel. They ran through the corridors laughing loudly at 11 p.m. - The hairdryer was a disaster, only works on level 1!!! Unfortunately, due to the many negative things, we cannot recommend the hotel...

Good city hotel which is relatively centrally located. The double room for single use was large and modern. Drinks and small snacks are available in the lobby. The breakfast was very good, and (almost) nothing is left to be desired. Overall a good city hotel. The parking situation for motorcyclists was, however, completely poor. We had to park the motorcycles on the street (luckily there was a free parking lot nearby - for a fee) because the parking spaces directly in front of the hotel are leased to outsiders and no motorcycles or bicycles are allowed in the hotel's own parking garage. Completely crazy and I have never experienced anything like this before. Although the hotel itself was good, we will refrain from visiting again...

Beautiful hotel, very friendly. Rooms are well furnished and the bathroom with shower etc. is adequate... Wonderful area... beautiful town and the autumn festival is great, especially for families with children.. would love to come back..

Convenient location, parking in the underground car park, 14 euros, unfortunately not listed on the hotel's website. The reception was nice and we were able to get into the room early. The room was very small. Two suitcases and two people, it was tight. (We are both slim) The shower was OK, but a shower head would be enough :-) We had a room in the inner courtyard, which was nice and quiet.

Very good hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was absolutely adequate. Rooms were small but adequate for a visit to Rosenheim. Rooms including shower and toilet were clean and cleaned every day.
