Wanted to spend a few days in one of the suites with my wife and tried to phone to inquire on 10/23/2022 later afternoon/early evening. Friendly young man on the phone who unfortunately couldn't provide any information (which of the suites was still available for the requested period), but said I would be called back the next day (October 24th) by a competent person (my phone number will be sent). I said I'd rather be informed by email and left my email address (was double checked); that became binding for 24.10. promised. 10/24/2022: no attempt at contact by the hotel, i.e. neither by phone nor by email... 10/25/2022 6:15 p.m.: so far also nothing... Conclusion: a hotel whose phone is manned by an uninformed person is really sad ; but if promises are not kept then, one can probably only conclude from this that, in addition to bad behavior, there is also a pronounced lack of interest in new guests. Conclusion: disappointing, but apparently you don't need it...
