I had an excellent stay at the Hilton Rosemont Hotel in Chicago. The service was truly outstanding — from the smooth and reliable shuttle service to the welcoming and professional attitude of the entire staff. Everyone I encountered was exceptionally helpful, attentive, and dedicated to making the stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel’s convenient location, combined with its clean, well-appointed rooms and top-notch hospitality, made it a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommended!

It was about 85 degrees in our room, and we could do nothing about it. The hotel sent up a box fan, but that didn't help much. They said it was the season and the heating vs. cooling system. It was so hot and dry that a minute after a shower my hair was dry. Worst experience in a mice hotel ever.

Nice place, I guess. I only stayed for one night. I was a little disappointed because it’s a Hilton hotel yet they didn’t tell guests that they’re undergoing water maintenance! No water through the night. And no apology or compensation from their part. Basically they told guests “don’t like it, go elsewhere..” disappointing.

The subway is within walking distance. There is a Starbucks in the hotel lobby. It is 5 kilometers away from the airport. There is a shuttle to the airport. It is very suitable for transit airports.

Hilton Hotel is of high quality, clean and hygienic, mainly for business customers. It is not far from Ohae Airport, and there is a shuttle bus to the airport. There is a Starbucks on the first floor of the hotel, which is open for a long time.
