This is an affordable place to be with a 5 minute walk to a Rosemary Beach square and 5 min walk to the beach (Winston LN access). The condo is located on the 4th floor of Building 1, elevators are easily accessible next to the unit's entrance. There is a gym available for your use in the same building, a viewing terrace on the rooftop with beautiful views of the Gulf. Big Bad Breakfast available in the same complex (building 2).
