Upon arrival, there was mold on the back of the front door, some human feces on the back of the bathroom door, mold in the bathroom. I requested another room but was told they did not have one available that I could access (I cannot negotiate stairs) and the problems still existed. The bathroom window is broken. Also, the bathroom was so out of level, I fell when entering during the night, almost tumbling into the bathtub. This problem was associated with the sewage leak under the building, that had not been address (according to an employee). The raw sewage remains under the structure, and is a severe health risk. I have stayed in many hotels/motels over my 68 years, but never one that was so poorly kept. It is disgusting. After my first nights' stay, I spoke with the manager, who appeared to write down my concerns, yet did NOTHING about any of the problems. This is a board of health issue and shall be reported to them.

Room was dirty and the staff was ok. The guy at the front desk was pretty awesome but it seemed like I wasn't the only one complaining about the cleanliness.
