Quinta Santa Barbara Turistic Houses

This tourist complex could be great but there are still negative points, the biggest of which is the humidity (in apartment 1 for our part)!!! Our clothes did not dry, our smartphones had to be "supposedly dry" to be able to charge, the windows were wet inside, the smell was not pleasant... in short, damp everywhere! In addition, during a heavy rain episode for 1 day, water flowed through the interior lights of the ceiling (dangerous) of one of the bedrooms and the bed + mattress were completely soaked... The owner, who was still very nice, removed the wet mattress for us. Otherwise the rest of the complex is great with swimming pool, hammam, spa, gym and sauna. You still have to allow 1 hour for the sauna and 15 minutes for the hammam before you can go there while it heats up. There is no reception on the other hand but certainly the mother of the manager who lives there if necessary. Otherwise the apartment was complete in terms of equipment even with a special "Furnas" towel if necessary for thermal baths. (Be careful though with cleanliness because there were dead flies in the window rails). Let's see now if the humidity was specific to this bungalow or also the same in the others... a little hug to the little dog Princenza ;-) We also note a restaurant attached to the complex accessible until 10:00 p.m. which is closed on Monday (day of our arrival) which was very chic and good.

We had an excellent stay. Very comfortable accommodation, very clean. Very well equipped apartment. Free parking on site. Very good restaurant on site. Excellent welcome. Ideally located for various visits to the island.

Beautiful apartment with 2 separate bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher. Perfect relaxation infrastructure. The hammam sauna and jacuzzi are very rare functional in this time of covid. Excellent restaurant in the establishment

Se trata como de casitas prefabricadas independientes. Los apartamentos son amplios, bien equipados (cocina con todo lo necesario), tranquilidad absoluta. Algún día tienen eventos en el restaurante pero terminan pronto. Ubicación perfecta para visitar toda la isla. Solamente cambiaría algún mueble bastante antiguo e incluso deteriorado. En las fotos se ve más bonito de lo que es, pero no se necesita más.
