Esplendor by Wyndham Savoy Rosario

The hotel is an old building that tries to be updated, but it does not succeed. Tastes are tastes, but the decoration is appalling in our opinion. Hire a decorator who knows how to highlight the beauty of old buildings and manages to merge it with the modern spaces that you are trying to put together. The room was dirty, with masonry in a deplorable state, bathroom with humidity. The towels had a bad smell and I even found the pillow stained with blood. The room was on the 3rd floor and outside noises were heard. The functional music in the corridors until 10 pm makes you unable to rest. We found out when we arrived that the hotel does not offer breakfast, since it is being remodeled, but rather a bar a few blocks away. The options to choose from the a la carte breakfast are very poor. None offer yogurts, cereals or fruits. And if you are celiac, forget about breakfast: all the options are gluten-free. The last day we couldn't have breakfast because our flight left early, and the bar opened at 7am. We asked the day before if we could take it with a "take away" service, and it was not possible. Honestly, the proposal is not consistent with the rate paid. The spa sector is the only thing that can be saved, although the floor that surrounds the pool is a danger to anyone. We actually chose the hotel having been to another splendor and wydham hotel, but we were not satisfied with any service provided. Doesn't look like any of the pros
