Excellent hotel superb. Breakfast was exceptional lots of choice anything you could think of cooked or not. Lovely pool with lifeguard and facilities. Only thing missing coffee making facilities in room which would have made the stay perfect

This is a Spanish hotel with almost 100% of guests Spanish. Not a problem for us but other English visitors may want some english speaking entertainment etc. overall value for money it is very good. Public spaces clean, staff friendly, nice pool and in a very good location. The negatives are - We stayed self catering - there was no kettle, toaster or any utensils at all. Not great when even the basics aren’t supplied Most of the sun beds are hard plastic that should have a mattress on. These don’t and are extremely uncomfortable. Not sure how anyone would think these are acceptable. This meant we spent most days on the beach where they do have mattresses! The entertainment went on past midnight which was way too loud in our son’s bedroom meaning he couldn’t get to sleep! All in all happy with the hotel considering the cost.

At 10pm the loud entertainment music starts, really loud! Impossible to relax, loud screams and so on, water runs from the washbasin downstairs onto your feet! The key card doesn't work, you have to go to reception, this hotel is absolutely not recommended despite the low price.

Lovely well maintained grounds and 2 lovely pools . Family pool by bar and adult only heated pool with sea views. Plenty of Sunbeds. An awful lot of steps from room to reception - we were furthest away from reception but ok if you can do steps. Lovely large 1 bedroom apartment. Double layered blackout curtains in both rooms. Nice patio with table and 4 chairs. Nice kitchen area. Arrived at 10am and was given a courtesy room to use to change. Locked bag storage and courtesy room booked for this afternoon. Good quality beds; extra blankets were not needed. Would definitely return.

Me and my whole family (16 of us cousins and aunts/ uncles included) and we were all able to use every facility without any issues. The food was lovely and the pool was a great thing to do in the mornings. They had some shows at night which were also really entertaining and the staff were lovely, we didn’t expect to be able to sit close to eachother but the staff were able to pull over two more tables for us. They called a taxi for us for the whole week we were there and the taxi was top notch with the nicest driver imaginable. He took us around the main part of the town and showed us some of the fun things to do and some of the main touristy attractions. Would recommend this hotel 10/10.

Very friendly staff apart from the restaurant manager who was incredibly rude throughout the evening and into the next morning. Facilities looked good around the hotel but the nasty restaurant manager ruined our stay. Such a shame. Definitely will not return.
