Pool was fantastic for kids an the hotel was spotless.

this hotel surpassed all our exceptions and made for a very relaxed stay, we stayed in room 812 which gave us a nice pool view and was a good size with a nice modern bathroom with walk in shower towels changed every day and a supply of really nice shower gel/soap etc and was cleaned every day. the reception area and atrium is really nice and large. The restaurant is quite laid back and has a reasonable choice of food to suit all, some of which didn't keep warm for long after you helped yourself to it usual drinks available to help yourself to, outside was a very nice large pool and plenty of loungers available (no need to bag a bed early) a large pool bar serving drinks and tapas during the day we were not all inclusive but half board plus, and we had to pay for drinks everywhere except during meals in restaurant , all the drinks elsewhere, pool bar etc were very expensive. the entrainment was mediocre. but all in all a very nice hotel in a lovely area and we enjoyed our stay.

Our favourite Spanish holiday, the hotel was beautiful, very clean, lovely rooms with 2 big beds, air con and ceiling fan, the staff were lovely throughout the hotel, the pool was amazing, loads of beds, water slides, jacuzzi’s, kids pool, bar staff were lovely, very friendly, location was fabulous loads of bars and places to eat, definitely coming back, we would definitely recommend 100%

Decided to book directly with the hotel for a Christmas break. Booked a beachview suite as a treat and booked all-inclusive. On arrival, no one was able to help us with bags, I understand it was Christmas, but staff were generally short on the ground. Given a key card and directions to our room right on the other side of the pool. It was the furthest point from the hotel! However, views were great, overlooking the walkway along the beach, the beach itself and a prime view of the looky looky men! The room is a little dated, full of glass mirrors, marble floors and wooden furniture. However, it was clean, bed was comfortable, and our friendly cleaners looked after us well, bringing more towels, turning down the beds at night, flowers and the odd chocolate! The sunken bath is deep and not particularly comfortable, but a novelty. The main atrium of the hotel is interestingly cavernous but has no atmosphere. Bar staff were generous with the measures, and quite friendly. Sadly, the entertainment was an hour only at 10pm, bingo, karaoke or on Christmas Eve, a disco! Mainly Spanish songs too. The restaurant food can only be described as dire. We arrived on 24th December, to a Gala Dinner. This meant white table cloths, a cooked turkey and a man dressed as Santa giving out party hats and the food was acceptable. Usual gripes about buffet food, it was cold, any vegetables were frozen not fresh, salads were a hash of previous days foods, and certain things run out quickly. The two chefs at the cooking station were rushed off their feet and very stressed, in the mornings there was 1 cook only. Meat dishes were odd and looked unappetising, liver, ox tail, chunks of roasted turkey, sausages cut into chunks and bland pasta dishes. After 4 days of the same foods, we decided to eat out, and then we checked out a day early after the hotel was inundated by over 200 teenage volleyball players, obviously attending a tournament. They decimated the breakfast buffet, cereals, pastries, bacon, eggs, bread and fruit juices all emptied so that was our cue to check out! The hotel needs an injection of TLC, flaking cement on walls, tiles missing in the pool, indoor pool needs a clean, sunbeds were dirty, it needs updating. Cannot fault the staff though, hard working, friendly, helpful, polite. They deserve a raise!

This hotel is a hidden gem. Totally spotless. Housekeeping do an amazing job. The food is varied and cooked in front of you on the grill. All the staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The Saturday gala dinner is superb. Pool area is vast and there are plenty of sun beds. I’m looking forward to returning in September.
