When we booked the apar**ent, the pictures on *********** show a stylish apar**ent of a high standard which looks almost new. When we arrived, the apar**ent was old, dirty and damaged. The furniture was worn out and dirty (like the apar**ent) and did not look anything like the pictures. The sofas were old and filthy, we had to cover them with a sheet to sit on. Immediately after entering the apar**ent, we were very upset because the hotel had completely misled us with the photos online. So, I spoke to the reception who told me they do not issue refunds and that I should contact ***********. I contacted *********** to tell them about the issue and they spoke to the hotel to get a resolution. The hotel then called us to offer us this pathetic “resolution” which was to be honest, very insulting. The staff said that they would move us to a larger apar**ent but that we had to pay the additional fees related to moving. They did not offer any refund, allow us to cancel the booking or even offer to clean the apar**ent which was filthy. Two days before the end of the stay, after much complaining from myself, the company offered to clean the apar**ent, which to be honest was way to late (we had already been there 3 nights. Please look at the photos that I have uploaded and other reviews on this site before booking. If you’re happy to stay in a dirty old apar**ent and pay top price for it, this is your best option! Plus the staff are super rude and un helpful too. I hope that this review will save others from the same dissatisfaction and disappoin**ent that we suffered.
