Excellent! Clean, wonderful views, Great staff too
I will definitely return. Lucia and her team are fabulous. They really treat every client like family. I got a Seaview room which I absolutely loved and will definitely go back to. All instructions, given to me by Lucia and team as well as the ones in the room were really clear and easy to follow. The room was clean the hotel was clean. Great views, a lovely little garden sanctuary, and great location to get to places like Monaco! Thank you, Lucia!

Staff amazing helpful
But its about the property service
No water served in the room or coffee or coffee machine or fridge to keep food in and no tissue only bathroom tissue
No iron for clothes no thing room empty but clean

It was amazing. The view was spectacular and the staff were kind and helpful. The room was clean, aircon cool and bed was comfortable. It was a short walk to a clean, patrolled beach. Would definitely recommend.

Romantic place
Perfect hotel with the best view over the see. Very beautiful place. Amazing owner with great service. One of the cutest little hotel I have ever stayed in.

It felt like a cosy, beautiful experience yet we were ten minutes by bus from Monaco. The rooms all have sea views - the night we arrived the moon was full over the water. The staff are super helpful. There are walking paths round Cap Martin and guided tours (in season) from the little station to visit interesting modern architecture. Breakfast was very simple but the best croissants!
