前台真的一點都不專業，5.3日下午我們到達酒店停車場，問前台從停車場哪裡上酒店，前台回答不清楚，自己酒店停車場都不清楚，然後前台沒人，打了前台的電話號碼 ，説在下面買東西吃，等了半個小時，上來一男一女，兩個人不能留一個在前台？讓客人等就算了，辦理入住的時候前台磨磨唧唧，説話也説不清楚，又等了快半個小時，辦理入住兩三分鐘的事情，前台一直磨磨唧唧，一邊看一下那邊看一下，一直拖，本來開了很久時間的車就想休息，而且下午兩點了房間還沒打掃出來，原本訂的兩個單排房，最後加錢升級了房型，前台真的是老火得很

前台服務態度特別差。早上來的時候已經10點了人在那裡睡覺，半懵逼的狀態。問停車場在哪裡也是懵。晚上的這個也是，態度非常的差。非常不好，大家別住，電腦特別臟，臟兮兮的！！！

奔着村超來的、非常精彩、就酒店衞生差得無法形容、連幾十塊的賓館都比這酒店好、晚上老鼠跑來跑去一抬起沙發看才發現沙發底一大堆垃圾、枕頭也是發黃的、各位請避坑！
