Shidao Hotel

At 8:30 am on May 5, 2024, I stayed in Hyde Building, which is far from the breakfast room in the main building. It was pouring rain outside. I asked the receptionist in the main building to arrange a car to take me to Hyde Building. Her attitude was very bad. She asked me to go to the front desk and call her before she would call a car. Her only job is to welcome guests. She doesn't care about other things. I asked her to call the manager, but she said she was busy. I asked her to call the foreman, but she said he was not there. Such a condescending attitude is not suitable for a receptionist. She should be a chairman! If it is because of habitual trea**ent of guests, then training should be strengthened.

The surrounding environment of the hotel is really good. It is worthy of being a beautiful hotel. It is just that the choice of Hyde Building is a little weak. The room is not very big, but the facilities are very complete, relatively new, and the sanitary conditions are also good. It is worth mentioning that the breakfast is really good.

The room is clean and the hotel service is friendly. You can see the sunrise by the sea while lying on the bed. Facing the sea when you walk out of the hotel gate, it is very cost-effective to go fishing.

Shidao Hotel is like an independent island, facing the sea, with a quiet and beautiful environment and warm and caring service staff.

Booked for foreign guests on business trip to Shidao, the guests responded well. They booked Zhuhai Building, which has good facilities and good service. It is probably the best hotel in the area.

We stayed in the Roubaix Building at Shidao Hotel, a twin sea view room. The room was not big, but very clean, with a balcony for sea view. The waiters in the building were warm and friendly. Breakfast was served at Zhuhai Building. The breakfast at Shidao Hotel was great! There were many varieties, the environment was good and comfortable. The only downside was that the towels and bath towels were too old and uncomfortable, but it was acceptable for the low price of the room.
