I have stayed in many hotels, but this was a very considerate hotel for the first time. I had a stiff neck on the first day in Rongcheng. Ms. Li Wenling at the front desk led me to the Chinese medicine hospital, and they even prepared gifts for my children.

The hotel is located on the shore of Sakura Lake, adjacent to Kowloon City, which integrates shopping, dining and entertainment. It is convenient for travel. The hotel staff is warm and considerate. When checking in, the front desk fairy gave us a free parking ticket. When we checked out, the front desk fairy gave us snacks. Seeing that there were elderly people traveling with us, she gave us warm mineral water. It may not be the peak season, so breakfast needs to be improved. Thanks to Sister Wonton for her enthusiasm and responsiveness, which makes people feel at home, much better than Sister Steamed Dumplings and Buns. The suite can accommodate four people, so the supporting items should also be corresponding, but there are only items for two people in the room. However, after the feedback, the housekeeping center solved the problem in a timely manner, and this speed must be praised. There will be small flaws in the facilities and services. I hope that the opinions can be accepted and adjusted in time, so that more tourists can feel at home in the upcoming peak season, come with excitement, and return with satisfaction.

The room is nice and the location is great, next to Kowloon City Mall, with Sakura Lake to the south. The breakfast is very rich, top-notch among all the hotels I have stayed in, and you can overlook the Sakura Lake! This Rongcheng Marathon is right next to it, so convenient. The hotel is surrounded by a nice environment. There is Sakura Lake Sports Park right outside the door, where you can watch swans up close. There is a large commercial mall next to it, so it is convenient to eat. I stayed there for two days, but there are two things I am not very satisfied with. 1. The room is dark at night, the lights are not on, and the room is dark. The background light of the bed backboard is always very loud, so I had to turn it off, and the room became darker. 2. Breakfast starts at 7 o'clock. I went there at 8 o'clock on the first day. Except for the freshly cooked noodles, which were hot, all the other dishes on the table were warm or cold. In winter, my stomach was cold after eating. I thought it was because I went too late and the dishes were cold, so I went there as soon as it opened at 7 o'clock the next day. As a result, it was still the same cold. There were even some dishes that looked like the leftovers from yesterday, but they were served again because I didn't eat much. I just ate a few bites and finished my breakfast. If it weren't for the location, I feel that the room price is a bit high.
