Jiulongsheng Swan Hotel

Four of our best friends went to Rongcheng specifically to see the swans. We stayed in the hotel’s family suite for three nights. The hotel gave us so many surprises. The first room we stayed in could see the swans on the Sakura Lake. The scenery was so beautiful. There are many restaurants nearby. There are also many. The hotel's service is so considerate and warm. There are fruits and snacks every day. When you return to the room, the foot bath bucket and medicine bag, steam eye mask, hand cream and ginger-date tea are all ready. It is so warm and the breakfast is also special. It was so rich. It was so comfortable to sit in the restaurant and have breakfast and watch the swans. Special thanks to the driver Wang Huaming and the service housekeeper Li Wenjing who picked us up from the hotel. The service was so warm and thoughtful. Before leaving, we prepared food and drinks on the way. Hot water. Next time when spring comes, I will definitely stay at this hotel to see the cherry blossoms. Very value for money and considerate hotel.

The room is quite large and the location is very good. To the west is Sakura Lake and to the north is Kowloon City Mall. It is very convenient for eating and shopping. There is some dust on the tables and chairs and the smell in the lobby is too strong. There is a high-speed rail pick-up and drop-off service, just make a reservation one day in advance.

Downstairs is the bustling trendy street of Kowloon City. There is a pick-up and drop-off station service, which is considerate. The breakfast is rich and worthy of the price. If a child suffers from heatstroke, the hotel will help provide medicine, rock sugar, and glucose. It's surprising to have such a service in Rongcheng. The room faces the street. The location of the hotel is very good. It is close to Kowloon City and is very convenient for eating, drinking and having fun. You can see swans when you look up from the hotel room. The breakfast is rich and it is very comfortable to eat facing the lake! recommend!

I have stayed in many hotels, but this was a very considerate hotel for the first time. I had a stiff neck on the first day in Rongcheng. Ms. Li Wenling at the front desk led me to the Chinese medicine hospital, and they even prepared gifts for my children.

The hotel is located on the shore of Sakura Lake, adjacent to Kowloon City, which integrates shopping, dining and entertainment. It is convenient for travel. The hotel staff is warm and considerate. When checking in, the front desk fairy gave us a free parking ticket. When we checked out, the front desk fairy gave us snacks. Seeing that there were elderly people traveling with us, she gave us warm mineral water. It may not be the peak season, so breakfast needs to be improved. Thanks to Sister Wonton for her enthusiasm and responsiveness, which makes people feel at home, much better than Sister Steamed Dumplings and Buns. The suite can accommodate four people, so the supporting items should also be corresponding, but there are only items for two people in the room. However, after the feedback, the housekeeping center solved the problem in a timely manner, and this speed must be praised. There will be small flaws in the facilities and services. I hope that the opinions can be accepted and adjusted in time, so that more tourists can feel at home in the upcoming peak season, come with excitement, and return with satisfaction.
