環境好的很，距離海邊衹有十分鐘腳程，暑假人巨多，中老年常居人口多，旅遊的人也多，服務態度和品質一般，房間很大，一面對着園區，一面綠地風車，整體來説還不錯，但是性價比一般，畢竟暑假。。。

這次煙台威海行的最後一站，也是最差最不滿意的一站
1.衞生堪憂，兩個床的枕頭一個有污漬，一個有股腳臭味，洗手間的馬桶蓋子有破損且蓋子上的污漬都擦不乾淨；
2.早飯時間7-9點，人撲撲滿，後面民宿的人也是在這吃早飯，且東西吃完不補，去的第一天連切片麪包都沒了；
3.入住前一天酒店電話問我們大概幾點到，我們説2.3點的樣子，酒店跟我們商量，是否可以4點以後過來，交不出房，我們同意了，還改簽了煙台到威海的火車時間！等到我們退房的那天，我們跟他商量，是否可以延遲點退房，前台小姑娘態度堅決且惡劣説不行！
4.退房那天中午阿姨來敲房門，敲了兩下，我們還沒到門口，阿姨自己已經刷卡進來了！被告知今天停水到凌晨四點，讓我們浴缸存水，沒過5.6分鐘，已經完全沒水了！還好我們那天是退房的，不知道其他住客怎麼辦，這麼熱的天又在海邊，上個廁所沖個沙沖個澡都不行，的確第一次碰到酒店停水，且完全不提前告知的！
700多一晚的價格無論從服務、衞生、硬件等都和他的價格不匹配

環境：離沙灘不到一公里，走過去也挺方便。就在景區中心，各項活動都很方便。
衞生：還算乾淨吧
設施：建成可能比較久，相對較老，能接受的範圍內

來威海住兩天民宿兩天酒店，都很滿意，入住前一天酒店工作人員小邱就提前打電話問幾點到酒店，會不會提前辦理入住。儘量讓我們提前入住。第二天下午三點到達就辦入住了，房間很大孩子很開心，住得很好，若是能增加晾衣區或烘乾機就好了。畢竟是夏天，去海邊玩一天至少換兩次衣服。
