預訂的時候顯示是新上房源，入住的時候發現真的傢俱家電都是全新的，房子乾淨整潔，讓長者也很滿意。房間是可以看見大海的，晚上的夜景也很美，房子距離那香海海邊開車5分鐘內就到了，如果不想開車小區門口也有來回海邊的擺渡車，很方便；房東特別囑咐了用業主卡可以在樓下酒店，以及附近的温泉，小童遊樂場享受折扣，福利很多，我們就一天行程，沒來得及去；我覺得要説一説的是，房東是個講究又細緻的人：1、給每位租客準備了飲品，給我們家準備的是4個長者的礦泉水，我們夫妻倆的東方樹葉，竟然還有倆小朋友的旺仔牛奶，很暖心；2、洗浴用品、小電器等品牌品質都很好，餐具杯碟也很精緻，標準像星級酒店了；3、為了保證衞生，給每一次的租客都準備全新的拖鞋，也就是説，退房的時候要把為你準備的新拖鞋帶走，像小禮物，回到家後每次看到拖鞋就會想到這次遊玩的歡樂。就説這些吧，滿意的住宿經歷，也給在選民宿的朋友做個參考！

房東人特別好，熱情好客。房子也特別新，基本上都是新傢俱，還貼心的準備了常用的物資，小區整體環境好，離海邊特別近，走路直達海邊，停車方便。帶的3個孩子玩的特別開心，十分滿意，強烈推薦
