下午開了一下午空調，晚上還是十幾度，冷的要死，去找前台協商也沒辦法解決，説房型就是這樣的。穿着羽絨服蓋着棉被睡了一晚上，一點沒睡好，就是説從來沒有睡過這樣的酒店。

房間主打一個冷，空調根本不管用，開到最大之有微弱的風，找不到前台人所以打了運營經理電話 承諾給換房間，結果前台來了後説沒問題 就沒給換 凍的頭疼目前已經感冒。衞生間房頂燈損壞 用了一個臨時燈牌代替 結果化粧根本看不清。房間門鎖 鎖不上 很沒有安全感！不建議住！

與酒店前台，辦理入住，表情很冷，説話不熱情，趕不上，路邊打聽道問路的，陌生感強烈，看不出一絲平常心態，心情很不舒服，更別提見面問好了，乾脆就沒有，
後廚飯廳，的前台，很好，服務熱情，眼神裏有你，懂你，記得，米粥沒有了，問我，不夠，弄碗湯，很好的小小女，入住時116元，沒説沒有窗網上也沒説，沒有窗非要説要150元錢才有窗户後經過攜程客服溝通我補齊錢款攜程優惠我，才算完耽誤我那麼長時間

不好不好很不好。帶着孩子，臨時找個睡覺的地方，沒別的高要求，衹想睡一覺，結果，屋內設施陳舊不説了，開的時間長了毛巾發黃開線也理解，馬桶圈還是掉下來的，135塊錢的房間，也理解。沒地暖，有空調，空調嗚嗚響，聲音巨大。屋外感覺好多空調風機在一起響，實在受不了，零下的天氣關了空調蓋緊被子睡。可是屋外的風機還是一直嗡嗡嗡響，十點躺到了凌晨一點，愣是睡不着。十二點給服務員打了電話想換個房間，説得補差價，也不缺那十幾塊錢，可是孩子睡著了，行李箱散開了，洗漱用品散開了，又覺得換個房間又得收拾好久。衹能盼着天趕緊亮，衹能説，最最不好的一次體驗了。（不知道別的房間怎麼樣，我住的8200房間）

衞生：進屋有種發黴的味道混雜煙味
設施：中央空調來不了，壁掛式空調開了沒温度，和前台反應説過一會就熱了，結果開了一宿也是二十度多點，半夜凍醒好幾次，第二天直接凍感冒，衞生間不知道是漏風還是怎麼，像冰窖一樣，十幾度。雖然是最普通的房型，但基本住宿條件滿足不了還是挺不理解的，
