旅館位置在汽車站附近，出行方便，房間衞生較好，床上用品乾淨，衞生間設施很差，洗臉盆是壞的，下水也是不通的，洗臉水滿地流，看地上的黃色痕跡，已經壞了很久了，便池沖水也是壞的，便後要用水桶接水來沖，電視機也是壞的，圖像閃動，不能正常收看。
