不曉得是我遇到了還是他遇到了。第一個房間打開窗户，窗台上一個包裝袋，沒仔細看以為糖紙呢，拿起來看裏面裝着用過的TT，當場打yue，説換到第二個房間，打開煙味撲鼻地上還有垃圾，換第三個洗完澡準備睡覺，空調漏水滴一地。如果不是隔壁父母已經睡了，真的很想退房，然後我跟服務員大姐説，能給我換個好點的房嗎？她居然説隔壁是套房要貴些三百多呢，我説你問問前台，她跟前台溝通之後換了親子房，反覆強調這個比標間貴，不要你補錢了云云，我已經不想説話了，難道不應該嗎？？？我也是做酒店的啊，要説設施設備偶有故障很正常，但是衞生質量跟管理是密不可分的，難道沒有查房機制嗎？服務員的服務意識也差，給客人造成一而再再而三的困擾，還在考慮價格差異，在榮縣住了好多次了，從來沒有遇到過這種管理水平的酒店。

衞生還好中規中矩；隔音較差半夜隔壁吵架聽得一清二楚；因為是半夜3點多酒店也沒有及時處理告知是醉酒人士；廁所表面有多處開膠，地毯看起來比較臟有很多沒有清潔的污漬。

標間升級的豪華大床房，空間大很多，因為我們人多想玩兒遊戲！挺合適的，房間也乾淨！前台客服很耐心，還送了早餐，雖然起不來沒有吃，但好感倍增！

老酒店新裝修的，值得稱讚是沒什麼味道。細節決定成敗，紗窗閉不嚴尤其靠左邊的位置上面一指寬的縫。 洗澡的熱水水壓嚴重不足，怎麼交付驗收的沒想通。
