Breakfast has many shortcomings. Green fruits and juices are terrible, especially orange ones. I believe this is natural. The espresso machine is useless, the coffee was weak the day before, and the bread is usually dry, that is, fresh. In the bedroom, the curtains were dirty, the sheets and bath mats were dirty, and there was hair everywhere in the room. Even after I asked at the reception, the swimming pool was very dirty. At the reception, if you have multiple clients, attendance is endless delays. The structure and rooms of the hotel are good, the location is great, facing the mall, the shower in the bathroom is great.

We stay in room 711, in front of the street. Great room with Queen bed. 2 travessers, just that they were with unpleasant smell. The lower shirt as not elastic, goes out of the place when I woke up was straight on the bedroom. The hotel has a restaurant, but as Saturday was, the service is only from 18:00 to 19:30. We have dinner in it. We asked for two dishes, because they were individuals. “Grill-sweet coat” and “strogonoff of filet”. The coat-sweet was not a grill, it looked more like tomato extract. But the coat was tasty. The Strogonoff was good. The hotel has no soundproof, it hears many noises, even from the street. It prefers the back rooms.

O hotel é confortável e bem iluminado. Café da manhã variado e saboroso. Os recepcionistas do período da noite e as funcionárias da copa/cozinha são muito simpáticos e atenciosos. A responsável pela recepção do período da manhã/início da tarde é extremamente antipática e mal preparada para o atendimento ao público e trabalho com hotelaria. Prepare-se para conversar com quem nem ao menos olha no seu rosto para lhe atender. As tomadas são todas 220v e eles não têm transformadores suficientes. Viemos com equipamento de inalação (uso diário contínuo obrigatório, em razão de tratamento médico) e não tivemos como utilizá-lo. A recepcionista da manhã disse que verificaria se conseguiria um extra, mas nem mesmo nos retornou com a negativa.
