I have always wanted to stay at this hotel and managed to make it happen this year. It far exceeded my expectations. Rooms were spacious , fresh and airy, hotel common areas very well kept, and tidy with excellent air-conditioning. All staff were amazingly helpful and totally professional. They were relaxed and calm and nothing seemed a problem despite the fact that the were quite busy. Roxana Lopez on the front desk was wonderfully helpful and deserving of a mention as was Bernardo Perez who worked he foyer area snack and drinks bar was great to meet at the end of our day. A truly relaxing experience. Great hotel and staff, we will be back.

I was very satisfied with the service, cleanliness, breakfast and facilities in all aspects. The nearby Paradoro hotel is famous, so I stayed for one night, but personally, the overall satisfaction is higher in this hotel. It was so nice to give me a room with a bullring view.

The hotel is located on a cliff on the edge of Ronda, about 800 meters from the town centre and the new bridge. The hotel is very nice and quiet, probably one of the best hotels in the town. The hotel has paid parking and convenient parking, 15 yuan a night. Our room is located on the fourth floor of the hotel and belongs to the highest floor. The valley is unobstructed and very beautiful. After the stay, the hotel presented a large bottle of red wine, the service is very intimate.

Awesome! Really great! It's a little far from the bus station, but it's also a quarter of an hour walk (mainly because there is really no other transportation 😂😂). It's really close to the cliff park! Without turning, go straight for two minutes~ from the back alley to the commercial street, it will be about ten minutes~ mainly Longda this place is really small. The hotel room is still large, there is such a standard room, there is also a youth travel look. The standard room for less than 300 people, really makes me miss the price here! There is a super beautiful platform on the roof! It is also very good to have time to see the sunset here!

I have just returned from a cycling trip to Ronda and stayed at the San Francisco hotel in town. The Hotel was excellent. Pefectly located, the room size and quality was fine and the breafast really good. The Hotel is well adapted for the cyclist with a secure garage storage facility equpped with tools and accessories. What really made the difference however was the helpfullness of the Staff when I had a serious car problem. Despite language challenges (for me!) they certainly went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me and i am extremely grateful. I would certainly recommend the Hotel.

The biggest surprise of this southern trip is this hotel. The introduction on Trip.com did not mention any of its advantages. It took ten minutes to drive from Longda Old Town all the way, and the navigation took me to a plain without any buildings. Looking out of the closed old iron gate, there was no shadow of the hotel, a forest, barren. There is a front desk phone at the door, the front desk remotely opens the door, and then there is another door. The hotel is just like this hidden cabin in the forest. The rooms are separate cabins, each with a terrace. It used to be a private hunting territory. You can cook by yourself. The hotel's meal is also good and the price is not expensive. Peacocks walk around, scattered courtyards like paradise. Two large outdoor pools. My first ever close and comfortable encounter with nature. Love it! You must drive here.

What a wonderful hotel. We stayed in a junior suite (Room 204) and it was fantastic with breathtaking views of the valley and the bridge from the Juliet balcony. On more that one occasion we opened up the doors and just sat there taking in the views. All of the staff were great but I must highlight the outstanding service and approach provided by Angela, she was fantastic. We arranged parking through the hotel which meant that the car was stored locally in a garage 1 min from the hotel. When we needed the car Angela would have it available for us at short notice. If you are bringing a car, drive past the hotel (50m) into a small square and leave the car on the right hand side outside number 16. You can then walk back to the hotel with your bags. Breakfast was very good with views to die for as is also the case with the restaurant. We ate in the restaurant on two occasions and they prepared on request, with the assistance of Angela, a light meal for one of our party who wasn’t feeling well, truly great customer service. The only slight downside, not in any way the fault if the hotel, was listening to the bedroom antics of the room next door, on more than one occasion, in fact 4 times in 12hrs, I felt that a round of applause was warranted, as probably did the other rooms on the floor.

All the positive reviews of this small, family-run hotel are true. It's super handy (less than 10 minute walk to Puente Nuevo, 2 minutes to the bullring, and 5 minutes walk to the bus station). Our room was spotlessly clean, the owners are wonderful - and the included breakfast was delicious and plentiful....Gracias Conchita! Coffee is excellent, too. Loved it all! Ps. Conchita recommended the Bodega the San Francisco (5 minute walk) for dinner. Excellent! Plenty of tapas to choose from, as well as generous meals, delicious. Try and be there around 7.30pm opening, as it gets absolutely packed later on.

The room can see the Longda Cliff, the location is also very good, just next to the Longda New Bridge. Later, people said that they sent the check-in message to the mailbox in advance, but the mailbox booked through Ctrip could not be received at all, so there was still a problem with this communication. It is recommended to contact the hotel in advance by phone. Because foreign countries use whatsapp.. This is not like a 24h hotel. We didn't see the owner at all. We all communicated with whatsapp by phone. English is not good may not be recommended.

What a wonderful hotel. We stayed in a junior suite (Room 204) and it was fantastic with breathtaking views of the valley and the bridge from the Juliet balcony. On more that one occasion we opened up the doors and just sat there taking in the views. All of the staff were great but I must highlight the outstanding service and approach provided by Angela, she was fantastic. We arranged parking through the hotel which meant that the car was stored locally in a garage 1 min from the hotel. When we needed the car Angela would have it available for us at short notice. If you are bringing a car, drive past the hotel (50m) into a small square and leave the car on the right hand side outside number 16. You can then walk back to the hotel with your bags. Breakfast was very good with views to die for as is also the case with the restaurant. We ate in the restaurant on two occasions and they prepared on request, with the assistance of Angela, a light meal for one of our party who wasn’t feeling well, truly great customer service. The only slight downside, not in any way the fault if the hotel, was listening to the bedroom antics of the room next door, on more than one occasion, in fact 4 times in 12hrs, I felt that a round of applause was warranted, as probably did the other rooms on the floor.

I have always wanted to stay at this hotel and managed to make it happen this year. It far exceeded my expectations. Rooms were spacious , fresh and airy, hotel common areas very well kept, and tidy with excellent air-conditioning. All staff were amazingly helpful and totally professional. They were relaxed and calm and nothing seemed a problem despite the fact that the were quite busy. Roxana Lopez on the front desk was wonderfully helpful and deserving of a mention as was Bernardo Perez who worked he foyer area snack and drinks bar was great to meet at the end of our day. A truly relaxing experience. Great hotel and staff, we will be back.

This trip to Spain is the best hotel so far, all 5 points. Next to the New Bridge Square, next to the bullring, the location can't be better. Apartment terrace room, one bedroom and one living room, with a view terrace, kitchen and washing machine, the space is large enough, you can cook your own meals, and can wash the dirty clothes since the trip. The parking lot is behind the hotel, on the road between the hotel and the bullring and turn left. The price is 12 euros a night. Very good accommodation experience, if you come to Ronda next time, stay here.

I went back to the hotel after about seven years, thanks to my first sight experience, but I was unfortunately going to see how the standards were much worse. The room that was provided this time was a rough, very small and not too clean, but above all too cold. The heating is centralised, but the plant in our room did not allow us to raise the temperature, and it remained out all night. The room was very small (the room was provided without handcuffs, but it was very good as always, but the rest of the room was very good.

We stayed at El Horcajo in early October for one night. It was beautiful and very peaceful location and was a welcoming and charming place to stay. It is situated half an hour from Ronda and it's a world apart. The farm is in a valley surrounded by the mountains. It's a wonderful place to base yourself for the area to visit the White Villages and take hikes and walks, which are endless. The staff couldn't be more friendly and and the evening meals are excellent. The pool was well-kept and it was a unique experience to swim to the sound of goats and sheeps. We would happily return!

The hotel is in the tourist center, the paid parking lot is a bit far away (€10/day). Stop at the exclusive space for one car in front of the hotel, check in, move luggage, and move to the exclusive parking lot. In the parking lot, the hotel name is transmitted, the ticket is issued, and the liquidation is done at the hotel, and the ticket received the stamp is handed over to the parking staff. You need to go up the stairs to go to the room and there is no facilities such as escalators. The room is simple and clean. Wi-Fi environment is good. However, because it is in the center of the town, you can hear noise even at night. Breakfast is €5, the content is simple or can be eaten slowly. It takes time to get hot water, but there is no problem with hot water quality and water pressure. Arameda Taho Park is right in front of the road. Nettes, ruhiges Aparthotel nur ca. 2,5 km vom Zentrum von Ronda entfernt. Die relativ kleinen Appart-Zimmer verfügen über alles, was man für einen Kurzaufenthalt benötigt (gut ausgestattetes Badezimmer mit Fön und diversen Pflegemitteln), eine Küchenzeile inkl. Espressomaschine (inkl. Pads), einer modernen Waschmaschine, gute Küchenausstattung (Teller, Tassen, Messer u.v.a.m.), bequemes 140cm-Bett, Sofa und gutem WLAN, dazu vor der Haustür ein PKW-Parkplatz. Insgesamt können wir das Haus absolut empfehlen, Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut stimmig und daher im November völlig ausgebucht gewesen (haben das letzte Apart-Zimmer im Internet buchen können). Anmerkung: die Zimmer werden während des Aufenthaltes nicht gesäubert (d.h. kein Zimmerservice). Eingecheckt wird ab ca. 17 Uhr per Automat, die Rezeption (sehr freundliche Dame) ist scheinbar nur morgens besetzt. Hinweis: im Sommer lädt die Hotelterrasse mit Pool sicherlich zum Entspannen ein, im November hatte der Pool wetterbedingt (15 Grad und bewölkt) kein Wasser mehr. Falls es einem in den Herbst-/Wintermonaten zu kalt wird, liegen warme Decken unter dem Bett bereit.
