The hotel was aparently good, but the room smeels a lot sewers. We even ask to change room but the smeel was coming and going from the bathroom. I think it needs a bit of a upgrade on the rooms .. not even a water bottle .. a bit more love please. The staff was kind. Great location.

酒店就在 長途汽車站附近，走路5分鐘，到火車站走路10分鐘。到 龍達新橋 走路也就10分鐘。酒店衞生都很好，價格合適，但是WiFi很普通。衹住一個晚上，推薦！

론다 버스터미널에 가까워 말라가나 세비아 접근성이 좋음 시설도 깔끔하고 정리가 잘되어있고 누에보다리나 투우장이가까워 편안한여행 할수있음. 론다의 특징이 숙박하기에 아쉽지만 다리 야경보려면 필수.

This was my life saver, at very short notice on a Saturday afternoon after having called the hotel directly we were accommodated very efficiently and staff was extremely friendly. We were welcomed as swiftly and helpful also prior to leaving this morning the breakfast and help from staff was the best I’ve had.

The hotel has one star left over. The spring mattresses, and the pillows with a rubber or plastic cover that not even in a hospital. The washbasin towels were missing. The dirty curtains and the bathroom with insufficient light. There is no safe or fridge.Friendly staff

We booked the Sevilla hotel in Ronda on March 8, that same day my father-in-law passed away so we called to cancel the reservation, the person with whom we spoke told us that there would be no problem postponing it despite being a non-changeable room due to to the circumstances, the fact is that when we have sent an email they answer us that they are very sorry but that the room is not refundable and although the reason is very painful they cannot make an exception, I could understand it on other dates but not now in season low seems to me an absolute lack of empathy. I will return to Ronda but of course to another hotel.

Hotel that has a few stars left over from the 4 it has. Small details such as the cistern leaking water, the wrinkled sheets, the very small TV, the broken blind, no minibar, no safe, spring beds... anyway at a good price in a beautiful city

We have had a tremendous fiasco, the location is good, it is 10 minutes from the center but otherwise I didn't like it at all, the water was cut off and you had to wait a while for the pressure to return, imagine when it catches you in bliss, You can hear everything... every door that other rooms close or open wakes you up, the TV in the other rooms, everything... at night the emergency light is on inside the room and it's like the northern lights, And don't even think about sleeping after 9 o'clock when the maids arrive, talking loudly, searching the furniture, and even wake up the neighbor. We have been to many hotels and we have never listened to the cleaners..... they left the window of my room wide open and when I got to the room at 9 at night, imagine..... and the bed very uncomfortable, in short the truth is that I will not return

We made a reservation, but at the last minute we couldn't go due to illness, we reported what happened and they didn't even give us a solution. We ask that they change the date and after more than a month we are still waiting for an answer.

Keine Ahnung woher die 4 Sterne kommen. Max 2*. Bett war dreckig und musste neu bezogen werden. Klimaanlage defekt. Keine Klobürste..........

Mi pareja y yo reservamos hace un mes una habitación para dos personas con una cama de matrimonio. Hace tres días llamamos para asegurarnos de que todo estaba correcto y que teníamos nuestra habitación asegurada. Resulta que se nos ha adjudicado una habitación individual y nos dicen que o pagamos 260€ o no quedamos sin la reserva. Tras varias llamadas intentando que nos den respuestas y explicaciones lógicas a este error, lo único que recibimos son evasivas y faltas de respeto. No quieren explicarnos el por qué de que en la reserva que hicimos en enero tengamos una habitación para dos y una cama de matrimonio y una semana antes de llegar nos dan una habitación individual. Servicio pésimo y mala comunicación y gestión del hotel. Una experiencia, sin duda, para recordar.

Sucio. La categoría de 4 estrellas es más que engañosa: muebles viejos, enchufes rotos, ropa de cama y toallas viejas y de dudosa higiene. El trato deplorable. No permitieron cancelar y reembolsar la reserva, por lo que pagamos pero no nos alojamos. Espero que la reclamación realizada ante la Junta de Andalucía sirva de algo.
