The receptionist was like a kid or something, he didn’t know what he was doing, nearly overcharged me for a deposit, kept cutting me off when I spoke and seemed frustrated. Was probably in a rush to get back outside and smoke.
Needs to take his job a little more serious and treat all customers with the same patience and respect.

The workers were nice and helpful. The room was low grade, the door didn't seem to have a seal around it because when i closed and locked the door, i could stll see light from the outside from where the door meets the door jam. The carpet was dirty, the blankets had burn spots, the bathroom sink faucet was loose and leaning to the left side, a screen missing on the left side window, there were many bags of trash piled up in stairwell near the exit to the parking lot, possibly a holding area for later pickup, bad smell and not sanitary.

Pictures on profile are misleading. Property is older and more run down than the pictures show. Was very disappointed.

I staff was awesome. Friendly, helpful, really nice. However, I know what I was paying for. But the bathroom was way to small. The shower/water was not working. Barely a trickle came out for hot water, and cold water was full on but I couldn't use it.

Staff was great but the property is a bit older and need lots of updates. We stayed only one night and it was good for that but any longer I don't think we would have stayed.

Absolutely disgusting. The pictures are deceptive. Dirty, smells like cigarettes and cat pee. I would give nehative stars if I could.
