Good location, but not close to any restaurants. Room is clean and spacious, and there is a shuttle but it is the four points one and another I cannot remember.

What was charge for per night is more than what the hotel quality worth. Very disappointed with the lobby, reception and very dirty

The lady at the front desk during the day she was amazing, sweet and polite. The front desk lady during the night shift was rude, and would not even look at us when we try to ask questions. The room was not clean. There were dirty towels left in the bathroom, and no toiletries. The beds were not made properly, it looked like the blankets were pulled, and the sheets didn’t look fresh.

The staff were very helpful and courteous. Even with waking up to no electricity due to a snow storm everyone was very friendly & just trying to help customers getting to the airport.

My 3 night stay was pleasant. It was what I expected for what I paid. While updates are probably needed, the room and facilities were clean. In my opinion it was a great cost effective stay. Exercise room did need attention.

This hotel is very near DTW so you are about 15 minutes away from the airport via the Baymont shuttle service, a most appreciated feature of this venue. I'd have to say that the beds are most comfortable and the rooms are clean and fairly spacious. A good value!

The rooms are definitely outdated and not thoroughly cleaned each day. The bed is very comfortable and the convenience of half hour trips to the airport are really nice. I’ve stayed here twice on my way home from visiting family in Ohio.
