Visited this hotel several times, always a quiet peaceful night's sleep. Prefer this hotel to other Premier inns I have stayed in. Clean, well equipped, a bath would have been nice however. After our stay the staff helped me recuperate a shirt left in the room. Would certainly visit again.

When staying here the staff are amazing Lisa and Claire especially, the food is good and Jason the manager is superb whatever you need I suggest talking to him all in all would stay there again and again just for them! Couldn't recommend it anymore highly

The staff are amazing , the hotel is spotless , lovely and quite , I stayed in here for 3, weeks , cant fort it , highly recommend it , on top of all amenities, they never fail to go up and above to what ever you need , I’ve stayed in a few premier inns , but this one was the best so far x

Raluce was an amazing waitress. 5 stars for me and my colleagues. The food was nice and prompt. Very comfy beds and the rest of the staff are brilliant. Raluce has been very helpful throughout my stay. I’ve been here since November working down in London and she never fails to put a smile on my face when I’m staying here.

Such a comfy mattress and I love how deep the bath is. All spotlessly clean as I've come to expect from Premier Inn as their normal standard. Also of note, despite being beside a very busy road, we couldn't hear the traffic noise at all. The sound proofing is excellent. We pre booked breakfast. All you can eat. Very good quality and the server Raluca was very friendly and taking care of me. I was pleasantly surprised they had whole milk not semi-skimmed as the default option, and VERY pleased to see Marmite and crumpets available.

Amazing place to stay, very clean and great customer service from Raluca. Check in normally at 3 but helped us to get in our room by 1. She's very polite and approachable as well as other members of staff also. Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and plenty of choice. Beds were very comfortable. Very convenient location for my purposes. Handy location for visiting my family . Close to train line- Elizabeth line straight to Heathrow/ London.
