The luxurious amenities, exemplary services, and prime location are what grabbed our attention to the hotel. We loved everything!; I highly recommend Premier Inn Romford for its lovely rooms, friendly staff, serene atmosphere and customer service.

Very run down...rooms very grubby...old fashioned shower that does not have a moveable hair spray. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was OK with good choice continental and pastries but sausages were watery and scrambled egg overdone. £168 for one night Inc. Breakfast.

For a two person stay? There is always only one set of towels the bath empties all the plugs in it while you’re relaxing. If there’s ever a remote control for the TV it either doesn’t work or the battery case in this missing the battery casing for the thermostat was missing TV remote wouldn’t work if you get put in the annex half the time the outside security door doesn’t close or lock the rooms are dirty people smoke outside your window and other patrons stand outside shouting in the early hours of the morning

was not impressed Its been about 3 yrs since I stayed here it's gone downhill in certain areas,seems they are short of staff and closing the bar at 10pm and 9pm on Sunday without warning, I don't expect to arrive at a hotel at 9pm and get kicked out of the bar at 10pm after a long journey I've never stayed in a hotel that does that, I think they should be downgraded to a motel type because they certainly arnt up to hotel standards

The rooms are clean but need some refurbishment. Extra pillows and bed comfortable. Some noise from upstairs but good reception staff I did not have problems me and my girlfriend enjoyed the stay we will come back for our next trip to London !

I have stayed here many times, it’s a good location and the staff are really good friendly and helpful. However as for the rooms which I’ve stayed in many they are in desperate need of a refurb. The beds smell even though they have clean sheets on, the pillows are old and also smell. The furniture needs replacing the chair in the room almost collapsed when I was there last week. The bathrooms old very bad smell coming from the sinks (bad drain smell) bathroom fan not working , carpets need replacing. The stairs near reception leading to the rooms always smells everytime I stay there. So overall the staff are excellent always friendly and welcoming but all rooms need a refurb! If they did a refurb I would give it 5 stars

The wifi was not good so Nick a very helpful worker went above and beyond to get me set up for the weekend. I then was set up and relaxed for my respite weekend from being a full time unpaid carer. Thank you Nick.............................＜3

We had an amazing experience, and a big part of that was thanks to Hasna! She was incredibly helpful, making us feel comfortable and welcome, even though we were in a different country. Her kindness, professionalism, and warm attitude truly made a difference in our trip. She went above and beyond to assist us, and we couldn’t be more grateful.
