Great hotel location. But some things of the hotel management are very funny, there is a kind of Italian crying and laughing. The first night of check-in was delayed until 11 pm due to an accident on the highway from Florence to Rome. At the front desk, the old man at the reception told us that he was the last guest today. He was very considerate to upgrade the room for us. Mysteriously, he took out a hidden key that can open the hidden floor that cannot be seen on the elevator-the sixth floor . To be honest, I still feel very happy here, because the hotel has a history of more than 100 years, we were actually assigned to the ”secret floor”. I was a little excited, and my brain filled a lot of ”What has happened on the sixth floor? ”. But when I opened the room, they looked half as small as the superior suites I ordered, and didn't even have a bathtub. So call the front desk to verify, the old man at the front desk informed that this room is indeed called deluxe suites, which is higher than superior. I discussed with him, why the higher-level room could not even open the two suitcases, and the little old man was helpless, and told the truth that I know that all the rooms are fully booked today, and I can only change rooms tomorrow. Ok, I understand that the hotel just had to hide the 6th floor name as as deluxe suites ..... but it is actually a classic room (rolling its eyes). . . The difference between classic and superior is about RMB 1,000. I called Ctrip for the first time to ask questions and solutions. I also showed the room photos, and the difference between the order description (the difference between 15 and 35). The phrase ”the hotel said that it has upgraded the room for you” will roll another hundred eyes. . . The hotel changed rooms the next day, but it was just changed to my original specifications, because in the honeymoon, I didn't want to toss anymore. But disappointed with Ctrip's approach.

NH Collection Giustiniano

Near the Vatican City Rome|1.1km from Foglie di Pietra di Giuseppe Penone
Not far from the Angel Castle and the Vatican. There are also some small supermarkets and large supermarkets around, which can meet temporary needs. There are several restaurants on the way to the attractions, but the taste is difficult to eat, salty and fresh, or it is poor attitude, English is lame, and Italian is not standard. The employees are not really locals. It is recommended to eat at attractions or downtown. Check-in waited for a long time, it was impossible to wait, the speed of processing was Italian. Don't like chatting between colleagues. This is a Delta flight attendant hotel, after all, it is impossible to live around Rome Airport. The room type has a small balcony, you can experience the heat of the Italian night. Compared with the same nh hotel, the hardware is good, the bathroom is very good, there is a foot basin, there are many towels, and 2 TVs and a small living room. Daylight is also sufficient, and internal light is also available. Breakfast was okay and there were many varieties. Cheese had local characteristics, but no ham. The drink is too sweet. It is quite satisfactory. The coffee machine actually has no characteristics, a bit regrettable, how should there be an espresso, no ... Come to the airport, the rental price is too expensive, the bus is cheap, but the service is very poor, there is no service in Italy. Very similar to the front desk.

Rose Garden Palace Roma by Omnia Hotels

Via Veneto Rome|1.15km from Foglie di Pietra di Giuseppe Penone
We enjoyed a 3 night stay at Rose Palace. The front desk gave us tired travelers a warm welcome that made us relax immediately. Our room overlooked the back of the American Embassy with guards stationed outside 24/7 so it was definitely safe. The hotel is a little off the beaten path from the usual touristy spots in Rome but in a very quiet area. The room was very clean. We had 3 in our room and the 3rd person had to sleep on a full size pull out couch. It was comfy for a pull out (you couldn’t feel the bar under the mattress) but unless you put up the bed every day the only place to sit were the beds. It had a small fridge and the bathroom was updated but limited on counter space around the sink. The buffet breakfast was geared toward a variety of tastes. Scrambled eggs, a variety of pastries, orange juice, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, cheese, meat, etc. When the weather was nice we enjoyed sitting outside in the garden. There is a tiny grocery store called Co-op around the corner where you can buy the basics. Also on the next block is an ATM in the alcove of the bank entrance that seemed secure to use. Reading older reviews we thought there was a restaurant in the hotel serving dinner but it turned out to just be a small bar. So we walked a couple of blocks north and ate at Cesarina and enjoyed a good meal and friendly staff. There were a lot of other restaurants to pick from in a 2-3 block radius. The ones on Via Vittorio Veneto appeared to be more expensive than the ones northeast of the hotel. There is a taxi stand a couple of blocks away and we used both Uber and inTaxi for rides back to the hotel.

The Hive Hotel

Termini Central Station Rome|1.59km from Foglie di Pietra di Giuseppe Penone
Great location. Any major attraction can be reached within 20 minutes. Spacious room with a very comfortable mattress. Very helpful staff both at the reception and during room service. We initially had a corner room, but found it a little noisy for us. At the reception they changed it without any problems for another one. There are several good restaurants nearby. Reception's recommendations were also excellent. The hotel does not have its own parking lot, but in the same building on the base floor there is a garage (not the hotel), which can be accessed without entering the ZTL zone. Price 35 euros per day. But opposite the garage there is a paid city parking lot, where you can also leave your car. To get into the hotel from a garage or parking lot, you need to call from downstairs so that a receptionist will come and open the door to the elevator hall. We liked the breakfast. There was a bit of a lack of variety in egg dishes, but there was plenty of other stuff. I think the main disadvantage is the paid gym and spa. And if the spa is somehow explainable, then the gym is usually free for hotel guests. The price for visiting guests is 9 euros. Restaurant is fine. You get the voucher with 20% discount when check-in so the price becomes reasonable. Overall we enjoyed our time at the hotel and will return here again. It is the most satisfying hotel in my European travel for more than ten days. The decoration is very delicate and the breakfast is very delicate! I like it very much, shopping is very convenient, and all the snacks and drinks in the mini bar will not be charged extra.

FENDI's first concept hotel in the world is more like a lifestyle experience hall. A full set of Fendi Casa, Karl Lagerfeld photography works, unique lamps, fur stitching, artwork... Because the hotel has only 7 suites, and they are all located on the same floor, it feels more at home, and the public space is more like a big house The living room, corridor, living room...a bit of living under the same roof, the decoration details are very exquisite, and it beats the Armani hotel🤘 The only problem is that there are no children's slippers, toothbrushes, etc., the bar on the top floor is like a nightclub, and children are not allowed to enter...

I had already stayed a week in Rome in large hotels and booked to stay here for two nights when my boyfriend arrived. I braved to book here bcos I didn’t feel comfortable staying alone in a room in an apartment/ boutique hotel. But as this was half the price of the hotels I stayed at and because the pictures looked nice and I knew the neighborhood is good, I decided to take a chance. What a find! The rooms and service is of a 5 star hotel and the place is spotless and super comfortable. They go out of their way to help you and we felt so at home here that we decided to extend our stay two more nights and stayed another 5days more after my boyfriend left! The location is fantastic, safe and tons of shops and restaurants around. There’s tea, coffee and biscuits left in the little kitchen and a beautiful living room to relax in where I sat in the mornings working! Cleaners come every morning and fresh towels and toiletries are kept after cleaning. They also have an apartment next door if you want a place to yourself. The building is also nice and a good elevator is there which helps for luggage. 5 star luxury at half the price. Don’t think it gets better than this. So happy to find my home in Rome! Waiting to bring my family later this year.

The above information is objective and true. I hope it can be effectively provided to Chinese compatriots. My wife and I came to Italy from Dubai to buy luxury goods. Interested friends can add satellite k17168. Let’s talk about the location of the hotel first. There are all major luxury brands within 5 minutes of going downstairs. Whether the hotel includes breakfast can be chosen. The room with balcony is very nice. There is also a safe in the room. But check-in guests should leave the room key at the front desk when going out. Therefore, it is recommended to lock your suitcase when you go out. The entire hotel is clean and hygienic. On the last day of check-out, I asked the front desk to call a taxi to the airport. The check-in experience was great. The small disadvantage is that the perfume in the room smells too strong! But it does not affect the experience of staying. We are not picky people. Plan to come again in November and stay here.
