The hotel is in an alley, and the two ends of the alley cross two large roads. Single rooms are very small and may have something to do with the surrounding Spanish steps (luxury street). Rome spent a total of six nights, four nights here, and two nights around the Colosseum. Hotel location is not convenient. Because of daily meals, taking the bus, the subway is a little distance (500 meters). It's more convenient and cost-effective to eat around Navona Square. The outer hotel may have larger rooms. But if it's not an in-depth tour, this hotel is just a good place to stay in Rome for 2-3 days or like shopping. Breakfast is good, the apple pie is much better than other hotels. In addition, although Rome can be completely walked, but a little deeper to explore, still take more buses to save physical strength. Attach two pictures of Caravaggio. The hotel is only a few hundred meters from People’s Square and 20 minutes walk to Rome’s main business centre and the Spanish Steps. Walk along the river bank for an hour or so to the cathedral, and it is especially convenient to go there. A lot of restaurants outside the hotel are more convenient to eat. We stayed here for six days, the old hotel room was small but the health was very good, the breakfast was simple but the basic things were there, especially the raw ham and all kinds of sausages I loved. Unfortunately, the elevator broke down for three days and climbed the stairs every day. However, it is also a good price-performance hotel in Rome.

The breakfast was very good, Italy was all these breakfast foods, basically very exquisite and delicious. In fact, it is a room and a living room. The room is very practical. It should be an extra bed. I have not asked. The location of the hotel is very good, there are shops and restaurants everywhere, and various public transportation is also very convenient. There seems to be no parking lot, the hotel restaurant seems to be more famous, but did not try. Some rooms are facing the back street, noisy at night, the hot water bottle is placed in the corridor public, no toothbrush is provided! Personally, I am still very satisfied!

Stayed September 2023 for 3 days with family of 4 Room: Junior Suite. I give all my credit to professional prompt personnel. Had to rebook our stay for to getting Covid-19 for. Muhammad at front desk was the best help: calm, professional and very prompt. I am very thankful for all his help out stay was great thanks to him! Absolutely gorgeous hotel bathroom especially. Room is elegantly decorated same way the entire hotel is. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed with refreshing drinks and helped with bags. Breakfast was great as well. I did miss my usual smoked salmon though. Madeleine was very friendly and welcoming, taking care of all our needs during breakfast. My daughter doesn’t want scrambled eggs so we asked for freshly made 2 sunny side up eggs and wish was immediately granted! I asked for a plastic cup to take my coffee to go, and Priscilla said “I will make a fresh one for you right away!”. It was very nice of her. Best part: due to working until 3am on computer, O told my family I will be skipping breakfast and sleeping in. How surprised I was when upon my husband and daughter arrival back to the room: the door opened and Priscilla walked in with a tray full of all breakfast items! Hotel does cost quite a bit, but the personnel professional approach is worth it 100%. The only minor issue we had was shower door that wasn’t fully closing that’s why we kept putting towels on the floor. However, everyday housekeeping did excellent job cleaning! Location is center- walk literally to anything important. As a finishing point of our Italian trip we had a romantic evening with drinks (and delicious free snacks to go with it) on the rooftop terrace. Again staff and drinks quality was amazing. We stayed in 2019 for a long 5 day Rome visit. They set up tours, cars, and have us great restaurant recommendations. We arrived in Rome as a hopping point to the Amalfi Coast. The staff is wonderful. The breakfast is like no other that you will ever have. They take care of all of the little details at H’All Taylor Suites. Oddly the most surprising detail of our stay this time was the high-end blow dryer in the room. Wow! Haha Always a great stay!

Where do I start with this hotel....absolutely amazing! Honestly blown away by the room, the staff and the care you will receive from everyone. The doorman making sure u are ok as u leave and return, the breakfast staff who are out of this world. The woman behind the bar who is fantastic and the checking in staff, who book tickets and tours for you, who will phone restaurants and make reservations based on personal recommendations. The rooms are spectacular, so clean. All the little details bottles of water when u go to bed, slippers ect all just make the experience of staying here so special. So thank you, Daniele, Rodi and everyone else for our amazing experience. The hotel is in a fantastic location, you can walk everywhere. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and if you have this booked you are in for a treat 😊
