Hotels in Termini Central Station, Rome

Stayed here for 3 nights, never felt like staying in a 4* in any way. The only good things about the hotel were its location and some options for breakfast. During my stay, I never felt welcome here. No one even had the courtesy to even say 'good morning' or 'welcome'. This was probably one of the places where the reception staff is equally rude and cold as the restaurant staff. What kind of 4* hotel restaurant has a single coffee machine which servers one cup at a time ? Or a single toaster which can toast only one bread at a time ? What kind of 4* hotel doesn't have an electric kettle in the room ? When asked for a kettle, the reception staff throws terrible attitude at you like ”Do you know it is not included in your package ? Ok, let me think about doing this as a favour for you”. Wi-Fi was terrible most of the time. I would recommend not to throw money by staying here, there are many better options around.

The room is 3 people, the room is big, the suitcase is easy to open, it is very clean, there is no slippers, the location is convenient, the breakfast is bread, etc. The most important location is near the train station.

The hotel location is very good, very close to the central station, taxi normally within five euros, but too close to the driver to make a detour to make money, Italy, understandably, we were detoured ten euros. The hotel is very beautiful, very good stay experience, comfortable, elegant, breakfast and dinner are great, wine is also very good, highly recommended!

Booking was easy, I ended up needing a few changes n they always responded promptly. Upon arrival we were greeted n treated like vip. The room was amazing! Just what we needed to relax and accommodate my last minute w/c need. We always had the refrigerator full of waters after a long day site seeing. Breakfast was spectacular, such a variety, something for everyone! On the last leg of our trip I got sick (not covid) and needed to go to hospital. Amelio was amazing, compassionate and so helpful! He, instead of giving direction to hospital, sent us back to our room and had the doctor come to the room! The doctor was so kind and took care of my needs immediately. I can’t say enough about the staff at this hotel! We will definitely be returning for our next European adventure since this one didn’t go quite as planned. I wish I could give more that 5 stars as they deserve it!

I still set the hotel next to the train station. Get off the train, walk back out of the station, walk past a supermarket coop, go in and buy some food to eat at night, and then go straight to the hotel. The front desk of the hotel has a good attitude, and you can get maps for free. A city tax price list is available at the front desk. Parker Hotel is Samsung, so the city tax is 3 Euro per person (or 4 Euro?) The rooms are small but clean. It is worth mentioning that the free tea bags and coffee prepared in the rooms taste good. Bathroom has shower cap, soap, shampoo, shower gel. There is even a kettle. The scenery outside the window is beautiful. Breakfast is on the ground floor and is very chic. Breakfast is also standard in a Western buffet, with several types of bread, ham, cheese, scrambled eggs, various coffees, teas, milk, yogurt and cereals. But there are a lot of jams here, individually packed. After checking out, I still left my luggage at the hotel. After returning, I took my luggage and went to the bus station (not far from the bus station!) The road to the bus station is very beautiful, there is a string of lights on a vacant lot, and a small tent.

We did not even arrived - the staff was super rude to us as a customers. We were told to pay at arrrival by the hotel and put REVOLUT card as a assurance. Unfortunatelly REVOLUT is changing their card these days from MC to Visa. Hotel checked the card one day (!) before arrival. As we were on the way already, I wanted to immediately update my card details and solve it. The new card was refused ( even I had hundreds of € on the account and payed everything in Italy without any problem) and as I want to update with another one, the hotel manager CANCELED my booking I did two weeks ago and SOLD IT in 10minutes when I was able to call them. The manager told me that REVOLUT cards are “not good” and “sh*t” that they are no joke and the Rome is full and we will struggle to find another accomodation, even if I mentioned, that I am travelling with my pregnant girlfriend. Of course we were not struggling, we found for the same price even better hotel directly in Trastavere (highly recommended, than closer to Termini!). So the lesson is that this hotel goes for the money first, customer happines as almost last place. I am working for company where we are obsessed with customer satisfaction and this is really something out of this world I know.

You were so kind! The champagne I received as a honeymoon gift was also very nice and it was a happy stay. I want to visit again next time The hotel restaurant was also very nice and the service was good. Breakfast is also very good!!! I'll come back next time

We stayed almost a week for the sake of its great location. The hotel is a bit beat down. The shower head was broken and a light was off when we arrived. Drainage is an issue too. Given the good price, I should not have complained too much especially the hosts are quite nice. However, they do not change towel every day. They provide a thin towel and will only change every 3 days. The hotel has a nice dog. I do not believe the TV is working but I did not bother. The building is old and there are several hotels in the building. This hotel is quite as it is in the back but one early morning someone was speaking on the phone in a small courtyard behind waking us up.

Good location, nearby the National Museum of Rome, the Fountain of the Republic, the Opera House of Rome, etc., the choice of eating, there is a Carrefour Express supermarket next to the Roman Theatre, things are very cheap. Extra bed, breakfast is very rich. Japan, South Korea and Europe have more tourists.

Sadly was not great,we simply stayed out all day used hotel for just sleeping,definitely not 4 star, in fact would struggle to give it a 1 star,breakfast was shocking served in a summer house on terrace watched one of the cleaning staff get a coffee and extinguish her cigarette in one of the cups used for the guests,hotel was in a area that a lot of people would of found uncomfortable walking around at night graffiti everywhere,,no shops near by for snacks ,it was meant to be a special weekend, for my wife’s birthday I taken a load of pictures and I’ve sent them to easyJet holidays because we’re absolutely shocked at the condition. We were only there for three days, I can’t believe easyJet holidays actually sponsored this is one of their destination hotels. We don’t normally moan or complain about anything but I just feel for the money we paid. We didn’t get great value, for the reception staff I can’t fault them although we seem to be charged at check out tourist tax at £7 each per night which was a shock when we had to pay €50 when checking out, I’d like to know if anyone else had experienced this, I was just shocked at the condition of the room and I’m not going tooexaggerate I’ll put some pictures up, but we managed to do everything we planned to do just the hotel spoil it. I think you would find better hotels, probably nearer the main attractions
