Deserves to be a five-star hotel, the service is amazing, and the bedding is very comfortable. Excellent location right on top of the Spanish steps. Because I booked six nights, I got a free room with a small balcony. As soon as I entered the room, I was pleasantly surprised. There were welcome fruits and a welcome card with my name printed on it (still bilingual in Chinese and English). The cleaning service is professional and clean. Free water and chocolate every day and a bottle of red wine. There is a Mixing restaurant on the sixth floor of the hotel. Unfortunately, I did not go to taste this time. My sister, brother-in-law, and I stayed at Hotel Manfredi in early November 2022 and we could not ask for more in a hotel. The staff was very kind and attentive to our needs. When my brother-in-law suddenly had a health issue, Roberta came to the room to make sure he was ok. He needed a doctor later and the hotel staff helped arranged for one to come to the hotel room! Made a scary time, less scary. This review is long over due. I will be returning to Rome soon, and I know Hotel Manfredi is where I want to stay. And did I mention that it is in a beautiful historic building? The wide elegant stairs are gorgeous and makes you think you are in another time. The hotel location is fantastic on Via Margutta, very near to where parts of a ”Roman Holiday” was filmed. The hotel is less than a 5 minute walk to the Spanish Steps. I also enjoyed the Italian tradition of passeggiata after dinner every evening - I didn't gain one pound even though I was eating upwards of three gelatos a day, and a huge amount of pasta. You feel safe walking around the area because everything is still mostly open after dinner and lots of people are out strolling or eating again. The food in Rome is amazing, but I don't have to tell prospective travelers that!! Come to Rome and stay at the Hotel Manfredi! I will again soon.

The breakfast was very good, Italy was all these breakfast foods, basically very exquisite and delicious. In fact, it is a room and a living room. The room is very practical. The location is fantastic, just on the top of the Spanish Steps, shopping and sightseeing are very convenient. The things in the minibar are free. We booked a room with a terrace that was small but exquisite. If you come from the airport, you must contact the hotel in advance to help you book a pick-up. The pick-up and drop-off machine is 50 Euros; we have to drive our own 65 Euros.

The breakfast is very good and rich in variety, with comb honey available. The hotel is in an excellent location. There are many famous shops on the street. It's about 5 minutes' walk from the Spanish Steps. You can see the monument of People's Square on the balcony.

Great hotel location. But some things of the hotel management are very funny, there is a kind of Italian crying and laughing. I discussed with him, why the higher-level room could not even open the two suitcases, and the little old man was helpless, and told the truth that I know that all the rooms are fully booked today, and I can only change rooms tomorrow. Ok, I understand that the hotel just had to hide the 6th floor name as as deluxe suites ..... but it is actually a classic room (rolling its eyes). . . The difference between classic and superior is about RMB 1,000. I called Ctrip for the first time to ask questions and solutions. I also showed the room photos, and the difference between the order description (the difference between 15 and 35). The phrase ”the hotel said that it has upgraded the room for you” will roll another hundred eyes. . . For my girlfriends 40th birthday celebrations I booked us a room at the Corso Boutique and ordered the romantic birthday surprise for our first night. I have to say, and I mean this with no exaggeration, It was the most wonderful and memorable experience we've ever shared away from home. To start with the room was nothing short of decadent. Beautifully decorated with a large, comfortable bed and a luxurious jacuzzi bath in the room, which was just the thing after the long walks through the bustle of Rome. The breakfasts were also to a very high standard with a large selection of fruit, choices of croissant, sausage pastries and mini pizzas and plenty of coffee. Absolute delicious! Of course, you can find luxury hotel rooms all over Rome, but what made this one so special was the staff. I'd like to thank Klo and Veronica for being the most friendly, welcoming and amenable hosts that I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. They went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible and gave us a lot of good information on where to eat in the city and places to visit. They were delightful to talk to and always so bright and bubbly. A joy to be around. And the birthday surprise was just amazing! Candles, rose petals, a beautiful chocolate cake and a big bottle of Moet. My girlfriend was ecstatic! The joy I saw on her face I'll remember forever. I've no doubt we'll return to Rome one day and when we do, we're staying here! The place is a hidden gem that should not be missed and if you want a romantic getaway for your better half, there are few places better.
