4 stars for cleaning. It was a smell of humidity and sewerage which is not directly linked to cleaning but to maintenance.
3 stars for Location. If you want to go to the center of Rome that's between 40 and 50 minutes walking + underground.
4 stars for the service. We had everything for a 3 stars hotel in the room. A Receptionist at night time was funny but the day shifts receptionists makes you feel you disturb them. When you say good morning, the minimum you except is à good morning back not a head mouvement. 1 star is missed for that reason.
Amenities : the small towel is the floor mat. The fine towels are face towels.
The service at the counter is great but the room was small with a double bed pushed against the wall and not much room to move beside it. The shower is also very small. There's a fridge but no tea/coffee making facilities. You can buy coffees and alcoholic beveridges at reception if that's your thing. It's about a 15 minute walk to the Metro station.
When we arrived, we noticed that the hall and the adjacent restaurant were without a conditioning facility. The room is small and free of the fridge bar, the tents instead of being white are grey for powder and fluigin, the noisy conditioner and with the plastic of the broken coating. Finally, the shower does not protect from the skips with the result that the water goes out, missing a meal to support your own needs. Quality price ratio bad.

Prima e ultima volta!
The service attitude of the counter staff is very good, especially Simon; the air conditioner in the room where I stayed on the first night will automatically stop at night. After responding to the lady at the counter, I changed to a room with good air conditioning; Simon and another gentleman Thank you very much for assisting with the change of the ferry in the future
Just recently returned from a 3 night stay here and I cant fault it. Okay so the whole reception thing is a bit strange at first when you want to check in, you turn up to the building, NO.36 and there is a buzzer that has Suites Roma logo on you press that and somebody will answer, letting you into the complex. You then turn right and head to the rather small elevator unless you want to walk up 8 flights of stairs! Once you're out of the elevator you can see the Suites Roma apartment, press the Buzzer and one of the friendly staff members will check you in! Overall its fine but just a little strange at first! Location - Short 10 minute walk to Tiburtina station wher you can get the Metro across the City or the Train across the country. It is quite straightforward to follow after your 2nd and 3rd time of using it! Its a short ride to Termini station and from there you are able to take another metro to wherever you want to visit, wether that be the vatican, colosseum, spanish steps or the fountain! It is reliable and fast! It costs 1.50 to use the metro for 100 minutes so very affordable. There are a few supermarkets, gelato shops and cafes close by that are really nice affordable and enjoyable! The room - The room is a good enough size, you're in Rome so you don't spend alot of time in the room during the day and the spa bath is the perfect way to relax after a long day of walking but its an all round good enough space and cosy. The walls are a little thin and you can hear quite a bit but its a close environment so this is expected. Dont let this put you off booking anyway. There is a little fridge and a safe for your belongings. The rooms are cleaned daily. Breakfast - Breakfast was a self service one, they had pastries, fruit, some biscuits, and some meats on offer along with fresh bread and english tea! There is a coffee machine which is very easy to use and good for a much needed energy boost!! Staff - The staff are very kind and welcoming. They are incredibly helpful and they offer a taxi to the airport for a reasonable 40 euros! I honestly couldn't fault their services. It was my birthday and my Girlfriend had arranged some local lagers to be brought to the room and they kindly did this which was a nice treat and welcome for us. Overall I had a very good stay here and i would recommend it to anybody!
The hotel is well located and everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. Our room was amazing- we spent the whole time with the balcony doors open as the view of the garden was incredible (shown in picture). The room was also kept immaculate. The people at the front desk were lovely and very accommodating; Stephano even took the time to teach me some Italian phrases as I was extremely lacking! I honestly cannot fault this hotel; me and my friend had a brilliant time and no doubt, if we returned to Rome, we would stay here again!
This hotel is right next to a metro station that takes you to the City Center (around 20 mins away). The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, the Airco worked well, the room and sfeer was nice and comfortable. For those with kids: there is a big supermarket on the left side that has a playing zone for children. It is not a touristic area but kinda good because you can escape from all the crowds to a quieter space at night and see Italians. If the metro doesn't work there is also a nearby bus. Breakfast was ok for the price and had a variety of options but was the same every day.

I took my family here and reserved two rooms for 4 nights in early June 2023. The hotel is nice, has a good buffet-style breakfast, and has a terrace where you can sit and relax. The hotel is farther from the central attractions in Rome but for that reason, it is also more affordable. We seemed to get around with Uber just fine. There is a metro stop close to the hotel as well but we didn't use the metro on this trip. There is a place that does laundry within walking distance of the hotel.

The room is a set. The host is very nice and will wait until you check in. Also super clean. I live alone and I feel a little wasteful. Just like the one bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom apartment in China. Very good.
The hotel is very clean and has all the services. It is very pleasant to pay tribute to natural and frizzing water in the minibar in the room. TV with Sky . Personal at the friendly reception. Breakfast in the middle with sweet and salty. The coffee is taken to table by careful and available staff.
There was no hot water on the first day, but fortunately from the second day it came out well.
Nice to have a fridge and microwave.
It is far from downtown Rome, so it has the disadvantage of having to spend a lot of round-trip time, and the advantage of being cheap, so use your head wisely.
The staff are all friendly and have two cute puppies.
Puppies like to be touched, they are so cute
There is a large mart across the street from the accommodation, so it's good to shop
Less populated, but not a dangerous neighborhood
Even a night walk is possible.
