Staff was pretty rude and unwilling. After booking two single beds instead of a double one and checking twice, the hostess said ‘I didn’t know, they didn’t tell me, we have a problem x3’. Only after persistence she told me I would have to wait, only to find out the staff had to simple slide the beds half a meter and redo the linnen. A simple job she was not really willing to do. Also, less important: toilet paper refill and bin empty was never done. Room itself was pretty fine, although a bit worn. It was clean. Beds were good, airco was functioning.

The hotel is in a good location. However it is very old and outdated. Customer service provided at the check in very average. We paid city taxes and expected to get change of 3 euros which was never given back.

Grandis Rooms is a guesthouse not a hotel. The location is good and close to main attractions and train station. Room was basic and quite outdated but bed was comfy. The lady at check in was nice and helpful. Finding the guesthouse was a bit difficult with the courtyard gate at first.

Location is central, close to Roma Termini (15 mins walk) and Colloseum (25 mins). Room was clean and ventilated. Comfy bed and hot shower.
Decor needs to be updated as old fashioned and was abit hard to find entrance in the courtyard.
Overall was a good stay and service was good.

TERRIBLE place . The building is dated and dirty and so the rooms. I paid 50€ per night plus the city tax so a total of 60 for a dirty rubbish hole. There is not even breakfast and not even water. If you book more then one night they do not come to clean or change the towels. The toilet is so old that there are holes in the shower, on the tails with some old towel stuck to fix the holes. There is no reception service at all. Not even a bit of support for anything. My room was not even mopped as I found some cereal on the floor from the previous bookers. For this price you can find a respecting place. This means stealing money to people! A very very terrible stay. Not reccomanded at all!!!

The cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Huge layer of dust in the bathroom as well as on the floor behind the bed and the bedside tables.
The shower is tiny, very difficult to get in and then move around.
It is filled with mold stains and yellowed limestone. It's really not clean.
The bath sheets have not been changed once in 5 days, the bin has not been emptied and no refill of toilet paper. We shouldn't have to ask that kind of thing.
Strong cigarette smell in the accommodation when we arrived on the 1st day. The insulation of the window is bad, we hear the traffic as if we were on the sidewalk.
The location is good though, 2 metro stations 10min walk away.
Small bar for breakfast and nice restaurant nearby. The lady who greeted us was friendly and available. Too bad the accommodation is so poorly maintained.

The B&B is located in a very quiet street, a short distance from Porta Maggiore and Santa Croce in Gerusalemme, a little out of the center but fairly well connected to the center (the metro is a ten - fifteen minute walk away).
The lady who welcomed me was very kind. The room was a double with a very comfortable bed, private bathroom that was not brand new but everything was spotless, fridge, air conditioning. All at a low cost.
