Excellent location in the heart of Ostia. A cosy 3-bedroom B&B, with a great host. Charming place with character. Parking around may be tricky, depending on the season and the time of the day, but you will find to park eventually, maybe a few hundred meters away.

Such a cosy place with an amazing terrace facing the sea and the Main Street. We have enjoyed a long breakfast with quality Italian coffee and fruits. Great location for restaurants and bars but with the rooms towards inner yard still very quiet

Location is perfect, just next to the sea and hood restaurants. Thee reception worked brilliantly and the owners were both frienf’y and professional. There is an excellent restaurant in the building (Antica). The room was clean and everything just perfect. B

Wonderful place! There is everything you need for a comfortable stay! Atmospheric accommodation, delicious breakfast, clean rooms and pleasant hosts! The beautiful view also cannot fail to please! We will definitely come back again! We recommend this place to live!

A cute and cozy apartment near the "center of action" of Ostia (2min walking distance from sea , with many good restaurants around & very easy to reach by the Cotral bus line) , clean and warm, with a beautiful shared terrace & living room, plus a shared kitchen which can cover all your basic needs (water, coffee, breakfast). Both folks (Perla and Ricardo) were very communicative and responded in detail to all of my requests for information.

We had a lovely stay here. Perla and Riccardo are wonderful hosts, and the location is perfect. We came here in February, the off season, straight from the airport to adjust from jet lag and visit Ostia Antica. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Very small but cozy and very clean room in authentic style. Perfect location in the center of Lido the Ostia. Situated on the roof of the restaurant, it was a bit noisy, but for us it wasn’t a problem. Easy check in and hospitable hosts. Recommend for short-term staying.
