The hotel restaurant is delicious, there is a staff member at the front desk who can speak Chinese, the location is also very good, you can walk to the attractions, I added 9900 per night to get a terrace suite, the shower room has a problem with the water, I will stay again next time

The entire hotel staff is friendly and enthusiastic. The front desk guy explained the hotel facilities in detail and helped us upgrade the room type. There was a curtain in the room that I found in the middle of the night that I couldn't put down. The maintenance staff arrived within 5 minutes and helped me to restart it. 👍The next day was Valentine's Day. The hotel gave biscuits and chocolates. I mentioned to the front desk guy that the chocolates made by the hotel were delicious and even wanted to buy them back as gifts. That night, I was given a big bowl. The next day, when I checked out, I was given another bag. It really focuses on a request that is met. A very good stay experience! ! ! 👍

The location is very convenient. Most attractions are within walking distance. The staff from the front desk to the restaurant and everywhere are very friendly. There are not many breakfast options. You can choose from a la carte or buffet. The staff at the Roman Bath is super nice and gave a very detailed explanation. The space and variety inside are not very large, but it is not bad for a simple experience. The room is relatively small. The public area is more beautiful. The cassina furniture is a big plus. Recommended for friends who don't want to visit attractions during the day and want to rest more in the hotel. Although the price is not cheap, the overall experience is very good. I will stay here again if I have the chance to come to Rome

The transportation is very convenient, right in the city center. I think this is a hotel where the public areas are much more beautiful than the rooms. There is no big surprise inside the room, but the public areas are really beautiful. The service is also very good. The only bad thing is that the deposit is very high and it can't be returned in half a day (it has been almost 10 days since I checked out and the deposit has not been returned 🙃)
