I went to this Hotel back in August with my two boys, we stayed 1 week, they took €50 from me as a deposit if should anything breaks. There is no receptionist after 10 pm. The Italian lady in the morning is so rude. They claim no smoking but the entrance is so doggy with graffiti on walls and the smell of nicotine is really disappointing when walking in. I left at 4 30 am to catch my plane and were nearly late because we keep on calling the receptionist and was standing there for 20 minutes he was fast a sleep. I contact them via email, WhatsApp and they dint want to answer me, so I called *********** to ask for my refund one moth later and they said they had processed it and should be soon in my account, 2 months later, I contact them again they told the agent from *********** that they were processing my refund. So I gave up, I understood they just wanted to ripe me off and *********** said they couldn't do anything. Is now February obviously no money. I dont really like to leave bad reviews however I'm guessing I'm not the only one they took money from. We dint break anything, they lied saying they had refund me but they never did. Be careful when saying here. They claim to speak spanish, english but the lady receptionist doesn't speak neither of them.

We arrived at 13.40 even though the reservation was scheduled for 12.00! Waiting for us was a rude middle aged blonde lady who told us that the room was not available! To which I got nervous, demanding one. but she told me that there had been this unexpected event

We had a great experience and a good comfortable place and a good price, I would say very cheap for those who want to make the most of it and use the money more to discover than to pay for a place that you only want to stay to discover all these wonders of Rome I personally recommend this place to friends, family and people who want to save money for other things. Definitely very pleased with the place. The owner of the place was very helpful and highly recommended places and security to his clients.

Vergonzoso el trato recibido este fin de semana por los propietarios de este alojamiento. Nos fuimos de viaje familiar sorpresa y si, fue realmente una sorpresa amarga la llegada al alojamiento. Se preavisó de que íbamos a llegar tarde y nos informaron de que se cobraría un suplemento. A nuestra llegada, no hay nadie para recibirnos, les contactamos y básicamente nos dicen que es muy tarde que volvamos a las 8am. Nos encontramos con la sorpresa de vernos en Roma a las 2.30 de la madrugada con las maletas a cuestas y buscando otro alojamiento, que tuvimos que pagar nosotros. El trato fue desagradable, maleducado y poco empático. En cuanto al alojamiento, puedo decir que se ve viejo y mal cuidado, entiendo que lo cuidarán en proporción a lo que cuidan a sus huéspedes. NADA recomendable!!!

No pongo un cero porque no se puede. Avisamos que llegaríamos tarde y nos dejaron el calle, su solución fue que volviéramos a las 7am. Tuvimos que buscarnos otro alojamiento porque nos encontrábamos en la calle con todo el equipaje. Nada recomendable

personale gentile ed efficiente. Vicinissimo alla stazione. Pulizia accettabile ma il resto lascia a desiderare. Tutto al minimo; non c'è un armadio, 1 asciugamano per persona; lavandino, doccia e bidet un pò malconci.

Cama cómoda. Te hacen la habitación a diario y los recepcionistas son muy amables. Nos guardaron la maleta tanto al inicio como al final de la estancia cosa que agradecimos. Bárbara es encantadora. El alojamiento está muy cerca de la estación y de algunos sitios para desayunar (recomiendo el Fondi). Ninguna queja

“Hotel” bom no geral, o quarto é térreo e tem o necessário para quem vai passar o tempo fora e só precisa de um quarto confortável para dormir. Tem uma janela que da para uma rua movimentada mas as janelas são boas e filtram todo o ruído. O chuveiro funciona com água quente, água fria, água quente, água fria e um meio termo difícil de alcançar. Levem gel de banho, eles dão mas são pacotes de 5ml e mal da para lavar a cabeça. A recepção é volante sendo que a pessoa encarregue está fora mas sempre por perto. Foi-nos fornecida a chave e nunca tivemos problema em entrar e sair a qualquer hora. Fica muito perto do terminal de transportes públicos. O hotel é super silencioso tendo apenas 4 quartos no piso térreo.
