We selected this B&B for parking & Breakfast. Parking located in their secured side driveway enough for 3 cars. They charge 5 euro per day, the only one that had a fee in our 7 weeks so far in italy. Rooms are very compact, bath room enough room for one. I use a lot of ice at night, first place unable to get ice. Breakfast minimal, whole oranges & apples, yoghurt, 1 type of sliced white bread, tea coffee. Some packaged cakes/toasts. The best thing is they let your select from a list of hot beverages & a choice of a sweet or savory, eg, egg, scrambled or fried, Frankfurt etc, cooked fresh & hot, a big bonus. Located 10 km from city centre, can get the metro 900 mtrs away, bus 90 just down the road to the right then left about 300 mtrs bus is about 40 minutes in & 18 minutes back, or turn left down to intersection bus 60 a more direct trip in.

Had a very pleasant 2 night stay here. Our room was spotless clean, well kept and comfy. The property owner was very attentive and informative about our arrival, parking and finding our way around the neighborhood. Metro is in a very short walking distance. (Strongly suggest the use of metro while going to historical sights) Breakfast made us felt very homey since it was prepared in real time according to our choices. The B&B was super clean. Very cute breakfast area and grounds. The hosts accommodated our dietary restrictions. The location was noisy at times in the evening. You could walk to the metro (subway) safely. There was a grocery store within walking distance which was nice. I would stay here again.

We spent two nights at the Tempio. Our room was very clean, we were able to special order items for breakfast, and the hostess was very accommodating and very helpful. There was on-site parking, which in Rome is a necessity. We would stay there again.

Vi piacciono gli alberghi anonimi, impersonali, ordinari, chiassosi? Allora non scegliete questo B&B. Situato in un quartiere lontano dal frastuono e dal traffico romano, si trova questa deliziosa abitazione, trasformata in BB, che trasuda storia, cultura, stile, aggraziata dal bel verde curato, i raffinati pavimenti originali, i mobili di famiglia, il profumo di pulito. Non importa che gli infissi non sigillino dai rumori esterni: sono stata svegliata dal canto degli uccellini e questo è un dono di cui abbiamo, ormai, perso il valore. Non importa che la colazione sia essenziale (direi spartana): ho fatto colazione in un ambiente primo '900 dal fascino unico. Ho conosciuto la proprietaria ( o la madre dell'attuale proprietaria), una signora piacevolissima e garbata con la quale avrei conversato a lungo, testimone di un passato recente ma che appare tanto lontano per la volgarità dei nostri giorni. Decisamente consigliato

Siamo stati al Tempio di Mofeo due volte (ad Aprile per 4 notti e a Novembre altre 2) e ci siamo trovati piuttosto bene. Data la zona i prezzi non sono eccessivi nemmeno in primavera (a differenza della maggior parte degli alloggi a Roma). La zona a noi viene bene, ma per chi vuole visitare il centro non è vicinissima, seppur si può raggiungere sia la metro che il bus espresso (il 60) camminando un po'. Bene anche la colazione, molto da b&b, ma la scelta è sufficiente sia per qualità che per quantità. Indubbiamente la stanza, seppur comoda, andrebbe organizzata meglio, servirebbe un mobile in più per poggiare la roba. Purtroppo ho trovate le stanze un po' rumorose la notte, di più quelle al piano di sopra, da cui si sento i rumori in strada (per fortuna la zona non è molto trafficata di notte). Nel complesso un buon alloggio.

Pulitissimo, persone gentili e educate. Tutto perfetto. Sito in monte sacro , zona tranquilla e piacevole, dotato di un giardino piccolo ma da incanto, la sera ci siamo rilassati in un ambiente sereno e sicuro Il proprietario grande conoscitore della storia di Roma, persona piacevole da ascoltare. Le camere antiche e belle. Vicino a i mezzi pubblici
