Arrived at the hotel's address but no sign of the hotel. A resident told us it was on the third floor but we hadn't been sent codes to get in and there was no concierge on duty. The place was quirky but the rooms lacked some real basics like glasses, kettle, microwave, etc. The room was made up on our first day but not the next. A minor (but annoying) issue was the front double door that always had one side locked, making it difficult to get large bags through. They did let us cloak our bags after checkout. Not sure about leaving four room keys out on a concierge's unattended desk.

Lovely very central place. Helpful and friendly host. Has that classic italian style seeping through every detail. It was a short hike to downtown and Vatican, so perfectly located just next to the river Can’t go wrong here, comes warmly recommended

Tout a été parfait Propreté, literie hyper confortable, chambre très cosie, tout est prévu pour ne manquer de rien et surtout hyper calme malgré la situation centrale Tous les sites à proximité, accessible sans problème à pieds Restaurant également pour tous les budgets autour Petit déjeuner dans un établissement en face, en rien dérangeant et tout à fait correct en qualité et quantité Bref nous reviendrons à coup sûr dans cet établissement lors de nos futurs passages à Rome

J'avais réservé 3 nuit pour l'anniversaire de mon ami . Le bâtiment est super bien situé, au cœur de Rome à 15 min de la place St Pierre, les partis commune et la chambre son bien décoré et très jolie . Malheureusement le rêve s'arrête ici !!! La chambre et limite propres , la cuvettes des toilettes cassé, la télé ne fonctionne pas et aucune personne sur place a aucun moment de la journée. La chambre n'a pas était nettoyer le après nôtres première nuit!! J'ai envoyé un message pour me plaindre , la réponse du propriétaire c'est pas de ménage car covid !!! J'aurais pu le comprendre , si nous avions été prévenu et si il y avait du gel et des informations dans ce sens !!! Le petit déjeuner se passe en bas au coin de la rue comme indiqué dans la chambre . Évidemment comme il n'y a personne on a du se débrouiller pour trouver . On tombe sur un monsieur qui nous demande un ticket , que nous n'avons pas bien évidemment !!! Ils étaient dans la chambre dans une boîte sans commentaire !!!! Le petit déjeuner un café, croisant , un jus d'orange en brique ! Décevant comme le reste . Pour les tarifs qu'il pratique, je ne conseil pas !!

Das Borromeo Guesthouse ist ein besonderes Hotel, liebevoll eingerichtet und super zentral. Der Kontakt zur Rezeption klappt super einfach über WhatsApp und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Einchecken klappte super. Ein Fahrstuhl ist vorhanden, toll vor allem mit Gepäck.
