Right next to the subway station, clean and tidy with complete facilities. Although it is all self-service, it is very comfortable.

It’s much wider and better than the picture! The room was cleaned every day, so I was able to stay clean! The bathroom is also spacious! The location was safe and good as it was right on the road :-)

What is not mentioned in the above introduction is that it is similar to air bnb, which is extremely inconvenient if there is no Internet! Because the employer doesn't live nearby! A combination lock is needed to unlock it! It’s very troublesome if you don’t have a contact tool!

説實話環境比較一般，衞生條件比較好，但是位置非常牛，就在博洛尼亞地鐵站邊上，作為過度一萬非常方便了，價格合適。

這不是就酒店，是一民宿，在一個公寓樓的二樓，不容易找到，周邊有個地鐵站出口，出行還算方便

We travelled with a large group of twelve people for a family/friend reunion. I was quite pleased with my choice to book 5 rooms at Cinque Sogni. We stayed for 4 days, and this place is perfect for a large group gathering. We were able to enjoy Rome very conveniently by using the metro every day. Bologna station is only 100 meter away and Conad supermarket is across the street. Also there was so many options for restaurants in the area. It is a perfect spot for family/friend gathering. It was vey easy to communicate with the host since there was no reception on-site. All communication was through WA and email. The host was very helpful during our stay, and it makes our trip very enjoyable - especially for the designated tour leader of the group. The unit is on the first floor (we call it 2nd floor in North America) and has 5 large bedrooms and private bath. There is an elevator to move our large luggage (for the cruise). Common area is also quite large with kitchen, sink, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge. Unlike AirBnB in North America, Cinque Sogni provides daily housekeeping and it was quite a nice surprise for all of us. I cannot say enough how good Cinque Sogni was for my group. Thank you Andrea for allowing us to have a great time in Rome!

Fantastic stay, excellent and well-connected area. Top quality/price ratio! Right and comfortable room, with all the necessary services. Fantastic very large bathroom. Even though it is located on a fairly busy street, there is no traffic noise at night. Breakfast available at any time, the structure is equipped with everything you need.

Clean, spacious, quiet and welcoming room, spacious and clean bathroom, Possibility of having a good breakfast in the living area complete with plates and cutlery. Excellent location near the metro I was really very satisfied. I highly recommend it

Small bed & breakfast in Rome Tiburtina, located in a strategic position. Characteristic rooms, simply furnished but very beautiful. Perfect bathroom. There is the possibility of having breakfast at any time. Even though it is on a busy road, you can't hear any noise

Double room with a chair and an armchair. Bedside lamp socket not working. No drawers. Support surface for 2 tablets yes no 80x25 I would say at least bare. Price over 70 per night. The only good thing is the bathroom but there too little usable space and the heating panel is out of order. Breakfast cups piled up in the dishwasher. I turned on the wash cycle before leaving out of respect for future guests... photos follow

As a Roman who lives in another city, I can assure you that I had a great time. It's the area where I was born and raised. B&B with few rooms, you enter and you already feel like you're at home, quiet, no disturbances, very clean. Get off and you have the metro, look for those who are not from Rome having the metro underneath is like winning the lottery. Beyond the metro there are buses, you can reach Villa Torlonia, Villa Massimo, Villa Paganini on foot. Excellent quality/price ratio, considering the access to breakfast and the breakfast area where you can make a coffee or tea at any time, equipped with an oven and microwave.

the location is strategic, close to the metro, restaurants and various commercial activities. the room is large, albeit with basic furnishings. discreet breakfast, always available, with pre-packaged products. finding a parking space wasn't very easy.

We stayed in the property for a weekend. The cleanliness is certainly to be appreciated, however the photos are definitely much more beautiful than reality. The room is decidedly basic, but the breakfast above all needs to be improved. I understand the COVID constraints, but the fact that the room is not cleaned (I'm not talking about sheets and changing towels but about a vacuum cleaner and floor washing) during the stay and that breakfast consists only of packaged industrial snacks, negatively affects the judgment. You can add biscuits and jams for example. The location is excellent, it's a shame that the nightlife under the house and the location on the first floor are not an excellent combination for a night's rest. Positive opinion, but not satisfied.

Pulita, spaziosa, riservata, servita, comoda. Vengo spesso al Cinque Sogni quando viaggio per lavoro e mi trovo sempre benissimo. Self-check-in impeccabile, tutto il necessario, comfort e silenzio, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.
