Bad experience in a structure that does not correspond to what is reported and illustrated at the time of booking, where only suites are shown, instead you find yourself in a room inside a common condominium, and in a bad state, poor cleaning, fridge not working , broken TV remote control not working, single audio channel The view? Accommodation proposed by a Smartbox, following a stay given to me. I've never found anything worse in my life, starting with the old paper sign hanging in the street next to the entrance to an anonymous apartment building. Nothing to do with a hotel, thrown into an anonymous room of a condominium, without the slightest assistance and service. Cramped spaces, bathroom in fact so small as to be practically impracticable. To be deleted.

We booked a room for three nights attracted by the photographs published on Booking which showed very nice rooms and boasted incredible discounts. Despite the high-sounding name, it is a guest house in an old condominium with a paid lift and a non-existent reception. The bathroom has a tiny shower and a door to some sort of internal courtyard/storage room which cannot be closed securely and a dubiously clean curtain taped over. The bedroom window could not be opened as the air conditioner motors are positioned in front of it, the only air exchange allowed remained the air conditioner aimed at the bed. After two nights of asthma attacks and breathing problems due to the humidity in the room we were forced to find another solution.

L’espace accueil est petit mais le personnel souriant. Il faut louer ici seulement si c’est pour dormir. Ce n’est pas un hôtel, le cadre est plus que simple . Par contre je devais seulement y dormir et pas passer ma Journée dedans donc il est très bien situé. Propre , climatisé, avec des parkings proches . Rapport qualité prix très très honnête .

Odore di fumo stantio e fogna che proviene dal bagno ed invade tutta la stanza. Al rientro dai nostri giri venivamo accolti da una puzza terribile. Le finestre vecchissime si aprono pochissimo nn permettendo il corretto cambio d aria. L affaccio della stanza è sul retro di un vecchio condominio non gradevole da vedere. Per fortuna la stanza e il bagno sono stati puliti in maniera eccellente ogni giorno. La posizione della stanza è ottima x raggiungere San Pietro e castel Sant Angelo.

Soggiorno di 3 notti a Roma, purtroppo le foto non rappresentano per nulla la stanza che ci è stata propinata. Camere con arredamento piuttosto vetusto, aerazione pessima e condizionatore scarico (non funzionante), in un torrido weekend di inizio giugno è stata davvero dura anche dormire. Muri di cartapesta, si sentono palesemente le camere vicine, il bagno è cieco e davvero angusto, pure la pulizia lasciava a desiderare. La vista sul cortile interno lasciamola proprio perdere. Personale cortese e disponibile almeno nelle prime fasi, ma non basta, specie al prezzo proposto nel nostro caso. Unica altra nota positiva, la posizione e il quartiere.
