This place belongs to the restricted area of ​​Rome. Many cars cannot enter. The car we booked for the airport transfer could not enter. So we had no choice but to ask the hotel to call a taxi on the day we returned home. As a result, something went wrong: the front desk called me and told me that it would arrive in 7-8 minutes. As a result, the car did not come after 15 minutes. I continued to ask, and I was told that it would take 5 minutes. So I waited for another 10 minutes and a taxi came. The security guard came forward to communicate with me, but for some reason the car drove away. I saw something wrong and told him that he didn't need to call and I would call it myself, so I walked to another street corner at 100 and called a car back. We were about to take our luggage and leave, but the front desk stopped us and said that the car she called had arrived. At this time, half an hour had passed since I called the car. I said that we didn't need it and we would use the car we called. As a result, my luggage was stopped and I was told: No! Because the car she called had arrived, otherwise she would need to compensate the driver. I asked her what about the car I called? She said angrily that she had no choice and that you couldn't use the car you called. We had no choice but to take the car called by the hotel because we were afraid that the flight would be delayed. I gave him a 5 euro tip because the car we called had been waiting for too long. Please report to the Fendi Group and complain to the front desk on the first floor. In addition, the facilities of the Fendi Hotel are not worthy of its price. The suite we booked for two adults and one child (five years old) cost nearly 9,000 per night, and the small bed we added collapsed three times. It was very simple and unstable (Figure 1). The faucet of the wash basin in the bathroom of Room 2 was like a fountain, and it splashed outside the pool when used. There are only 7 rooms in the hotel, like a small workshop. There is only one person at the check-in front desk on the second floor. When I first arrived, she complained to me that she was exhausted today. She was the one who checked in and out. It's enough to experience the hotel once. You don't need to come again. I have experienced it for everyone. Don't come!

Because there are only 7 rooms, the privacy is good and it is quiet. You don't need to add filters to the scenery you see here. The public space is OK, after all, there is a Fendi flagship store downstairs. Breakfast is also OK. Generally, check-in is after 3 pm, because if you go too early, you can't check out yet. The breakfast there is OK.

There are only 7 rooms upstairs at the FENDI store on Rome's famous shopping street. We only booked room 6 for one night. Although the room is a bit small, the living room in the public space is very comfortable and spacious. The rooftop terrace bar can see the twin towers of Plaza de España and is also the hotel's breakfast room. Shopping downstairs is very convenient and I bought a new season reversible coat.

I stayed at the excellent Fendi Hotel. Suite number 5 was large, spacious, well equipped with all the luxury required for an excellent stay. I couldn't asked for a better location. On Via del Corso Street. In front of the Spanish steps, walking distance to everywhere. Excellent service, excellent breakfast on the rooftop. And the bonus, the Zuma restaurant is located one floor above.

location was perfect overlooking the spanish steps. But if you are a sleeper and can't stand loud noises, I dont suggest to you this hotel as there are so many live and loud performsnces especially late in the afternoon and evening. Hotel was beautiful and furnitures high quality but whats lacking is the people service, There is no proper concierge unlike other hotels and some staff doesnt like to talk to clients feels like avoiding questions. Was wondering why they work in the hospitality business in the first place. Value for money i would say 7.5-8/10 its not a cheap hotel, its a branded boutique fendi by LVmh grp. I woul expect they set a higher bar considering they are a luxury group retailers.

Our first stay here, but our second visit to Rome. This was truly perfect in every way and doesn't feel like a hotel, but as listed, it feels like private apartments. Set in a great location, access is fuss free via private lifts and there is the bonus of Zuma and the rooftop bar which is used for breakfast. The only ****** is breakfast - it could be better, but this wouldn't stop us returning or recommending. Oh, and it's super convenient for a treat or two at the flagship store at Fendi!
