Location: don’t trust google map, just come from Roma S. Pietro Station, just 5 mins walking from the exit to Vatican City

No aircon in the room, need to open the super huge window that leads to the balcony, which leads to an area which can be access by your neighbors, very dangerous though.
looks like a dorm room, with extra beds on the top. electricity was cut off first day of my stay, think a blackout.
i think for the price is a good stay, with a good breakfast. but i think alot of things can be improved.

Initially we were given the wrong room. After a long and persistent conversation, staff provided the reserved room, but only from the second day. They gave a discount in the form of not paying the city tax. Overall, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The view from the room with the terrace is wonderful, as if you were in Ancient Rome.

Except that it is a bit far from the tourist attractions, everything else is ok. Same experience as other reviews 😅 It is clean and big in Rome, but it is too far. Taking a taxi can solve the problem. Don't walk. If you go the wrong way while climbing a mountain with your luggage, your legs will break.

You can walk to St Pietro Cathedral in 15 minutes, and there are many buses nearby to major business districts. It was also very convenient for the hotel to help reserve a taxi. Going to the airport just avoided the congestion in the city center and the journey was smooth.
There was a problem with the trip.com platform and the hotel was not notified that I had already paid, causing me to pay again at the hotel. I was charged repeatedly and it has been nearly a week and it has not been refunded yet. I don’t know what to do, the platform said that the hotel told me to wait 35 days!
