Terrible DO NOT GO. I had booked with my family for 3 nights, we didn't even have one, we ran away. The assigned house was filthy, smelly and full of mosquitoes. They made us pay the full amount at check-in without seeing the accommodation first and then they didn't refund us even €1. Not even the bathroom was in normal condition, the water in the sink came up from the siphon.

Out of necessity we booked this place. I don't recommend it, it's terrible. Very dirty, smelly, unkempt, the TV doesn't work, the walls are all stained, old, full of insects, poorly attended, rude staff. I wouldn't go back for any reason in the world.

One day experience but enough to notice the efficient and helpful staff. Right quality/price ratio. Small apartment but equipped with every need. Without a doubt it is a place where I will book if I return to Rome to have peace of mind after a busy day.

How can you allow structures like this to still be present on your site... you certainly don't make a good impression. Nefarious, dilapidated, dirty, smelly place... zero services and what's more the staff seems to want you to believe that everything is perfect and functioning... place to be closed immediately!!!!

The room is not as shown in the photo, dirty, poorly maintained. The broken bathroom with the drain not working, no hot water and even though the problem was reported to the reception upon our arrival, it persisted so we left in the morning without even being able to wash ourselves.

An experience to forget. I strongly advise against it, due to the incorrect charges they make with the POS, so if you're not careful... they tell you they'll give you a voucher to spend it there. Old and dilapidated rooms, 1000 dirt, non-existent television. Never again! You are to be avoided, poor whoever it happens to be.

BAD. the house is dilapidated, the shower is all caked on and starts randomly, the bathroom drain doesn't work well and splashes in your face when you flush, the walls are very thin and you can hear everything and you can't leave the windows open otherwise people will sees everything inside. The photos on the internet are not real at all…. there is no refreshment area, there are only scratch machines.... I will never want to return to this """"resort"""""

Dirt, dog droppings, not maintained and no wifi or network... Frankly, I am disappointed with the stay here. In addition the rooms were barely cleaned, frankly shameful for the price asked!!!!
